This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!

The twin beds, which can be used as a double bed and a third person can sleep on the sofa, have a good flat mattress, in addition a loose mattress. (for 4 people) The Mini kichen, big bathroom, drying washing machine. Good transport connections, Kaisaniemi metro station/University is near. Netflix connection, Wifi. Wery quiet place to sleep!

The historical atelier space has been later converted to an apartment, but despite the modern amenities, it has maintained its charm and inspirational atmosphere. From the railway station a few stops with tram and 100m walk. From west terminal if you arrive from Tallinn the tram will stop 100m from the apartment.
