We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. We felt the staff were great and extremely helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable. We had some trouble with the AC on the top floor but this was not the hotels fault in anyway. It was just too hot outside to cool effectively on the top floor. If you like a cool room for a break from the Cambodia heat ask for room 105 or a lower floor room. Otherwise our stay was great and I would highly recommend. The location was perfect for the Town. Close to everything.

The environment is very good, very clean and spacious. The shop is happy to communicate and help us. There are also free kayaks and snorkeling equipment. The overall experience is very good.

I planned to Stay in Steve’s place in Kep for a night and extended to 3- it was exactly what I needed after the gusle and bussle of busy Asian cities and “pressure” to do and see all in Cambodia. Loved the nature and how secluded yet functional the place was. Steve had very openly explained what to expect and it is amazing to see their love of animals , intent to offer a truly local and natural experience- without the fuss ,overpromising and environmental impact. Make sure u pay a visit to the 🦀 market early in the day and Walk the national park to meet a few monkeys

Gorgeous rooms, pool, and very friendly & relaxed atmosphere. The food is great & drinks a very reasonable price! Staff are very friendly & helpful & the location, although a little out of town, is very easy to get about from with either a moped (which you can rent on site) or tuk tuks through Grab. Thank you for a lovely stay! :)

The host is very kind and accommodating, and her English is good. The room features excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed with cozy pillows, and a small fridge perfect for storing basic beverages and food. A kettle is also provided, along with a cup, saucer, and spoon for enjoying coffee or tea. The Wi-Fi works excellently, and clean towels are provided. The place itself is very accessible to local coffee shops such as J-Break, Corner Coffee, etc., Lucky Supermarket, laundry shops, and more. It's just a 5–10 minute walk to the night market, banks, Giant Ibis & Ekareach bus stations, and other key spots. It's also within walking distance of the Seahorse River Bay area, which offers excellent restaurants and bars. The accommodation is very affordable and absolutely worth the price. The area is quiet and secure, with CCTV for added safety. Just a bit of cleaning, and it's all set for an excellent stay. I’ll definitely come back here on my next trip!
