Beachfront vacation rentals in Kamari beach

Wauw! Top location by the water on the edge of the caldera. Amazing view. Quiet and private. Ideal to chill out. Property fit for up to four people. One master bed and two single beds. Terrace with table and four chairs, and outdoor shower ideal for after a swim in the sea. I brought my SUB and that was awesome. I do recommend renting a car to reach the parking by the sea and being able to visit other places on the island. To reach to airbnb, you will need to cross part of a beach so be aware when traveling with heavy luggage. The nearby restaurant is closed (end May 2024) so you if you are not cooking yourself, you will need to travel to eat somewhere else.

Markos and Petros were great hosts. They greeted immediately on arrival and gave a brief about the property for hassle free stay. The property had all the necessary and listed items and it was nice and clean. Location was great just 2-3 mins walk from the beach. Also nearby bus station if you plan to take public transport. They always made sure we had no trouble during our stay. Were really responsive with all the queries. I had a great time and would recommend to all looking for a nice and peaceful vacation. Would love to visit them back. ❤️

This sweet place is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for getting away from the noise of OIa itself. It's a challenging climb up and down the path (or a wait for the water taxi), but it is ultimately worth it for the peace. Listening to the ocean as it laps against the shoreline is soothing to soul. You can dip your toes in or walk a short way for a swim. The restaurant next door does not intrude on the quietness and the food is world class. Make sure you get a reservation as soon as possible!!! The host was very helpful - even through flight scheduling mishaps - and always willing to jump in with some help or a recommendation. If you're looking for a place off the beaten path where you can rest and recharge, this is the place!!!

Great place to stay. Location is perfect being right on the beach, but it's still peaceful despite being close to restaurants, shops etc. Irene was really helpful and is very knowledgeable about things you can do in Santorini. She gave us some great recommendations, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, really great facilities. The price is very reasonable for all that you get, especially considering it takes about 1 minute to walk to the beach! 100% recommend!!

Our stay at Amantes Amentes was really exceptional! Kostas and his parents are extremely friendly and helped us with all our issues. The apartment was right at the beach, very clean and had literally everything we needed. I recommend anyone who wants to stay here to rent a car to get around because the apartment is far away from the popular cities. Thank you Kostas and big thanks to your parents for everything ♥️

We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. The location right by the sea is a dream. Maro is an excellent host who sent us videos with directions for arrival and excursion options before the trip and prepared us so perfectly. A special thank you also goes to Lydia, who took care of the apartment, was always responsive and gave us an incredibly beautiful stay. We felt like we were in the seventh sky. Car hire is recommended as it is a better way to get around the island. Bathing shoes are recommended for the beach as the beach in front of the house is a stone beach. For this, the water is crystal clear (even if it was still quite fresh with us at the beginning of April, but the temptation was too great), by the way, it is worth getting up early, as you are rewarded with a wonderful sunrise directly above the sea. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment!!!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabet’s place. It was a beautiful private home right on the water. We could easily walk to some restaurants and drive everywhere else we needed to. We also enjoyed staying home and cooking and relaxing in the multiple outdoor spaces that were cozy and private Host was communicative and responsive. Elizabet met us upon arrival to show us everything. We would definitely stay again.

Great host and perfect location. Close to the beach, cafes and supermarkets. Host was very helpful and was always available if needed something for our stay. We would love to go back here on our next trip. He also has great deals on car rentals so make sure to ask. Cheers

We had a very nice stay at the Rodakas Hotel, with two young children, with very nice swimming pool, high quality extra breakfast, convenience store access and restaurants nearby on foot, friendly beach after a slope for about ten minutes. Helpful staff of good advice, pleasant family atmosphere and a specific thank you to the bartender for his time given for some parts of failure with our eldest son!

The villa was perfect. Great location next to the sea with a fantastic pool and peaceful garden. It had a well stocked kitchen, three good sized bedrooms and a really comfortable lounge. The hosts were amazing. They had stocked the fridge with the basics meaning we didn't have to go and do a shop as soon as we arrived and they were incredibly helpful and proactive in their recommendations. The local village had excellent restaurants, a small supermarket and bar all within easy walking distance as well as a good beach. The area itself is not as touristy as some of the other places on the island, but everywhere is an easy drive and it was actually very pleasant to return home away from the crowds. I absolutely recommend this villa. We had a fabulous holiday there.

Very nice location with everything you need. The beach is close, taverns are nearby and you have a lot of sites to visit (Oia sunset, Fira walking and/or sunset, Akrotiri ruins, famous wine tasting, water taxi to visit white and balck beach and a lot more to do). Another best thing about Santorini is that there are no flies or mosquitos. :)) Marios is a great guy and was very helpful during our stay.

Top notch stay!!! Communication was GREAT! It was the smoothest airbnb stay we've ever had with them waiting for us at the airport upon arrival to drive us to the airbnb, providing a rental car for our stay and serving breakfast daily by the nicest gentleman, Milton!!! I highly recommend this place and will be back!! Shanice also told me about a great vegetarian restaurant, Tranquilo, only a 3 min drive which we ate at every day it was open and it was delicious!!!

Overall was excellent. But could have used a new pan and some paper towels. Place was very nice. Good location very close to the beach. The host and cohost was very friendly informative. Was a little smaller than I anticipated for the price but again overall very very nice.

We are a family of four with two small children and we had a wonderul stay here - the villa was perfect for us with lots of space. It is impeccably clean and we really appreciated the daily service. The pool is lovely and would be refreshing on a hot day. The location is very convenient for the beach and for choice of restaurants/ bars. We ate in Perivolos (Savvas Popeye was amazing) and Perissa which is less than 5 minutes by car or 20-minute walk along the beachfront. I also got out for some pretty incredible running in the mornings; it’s a great base for exploring the island that way if you’re into hiking or running. It’s also really nice to stay in the quieter South side of the island and visit the more ‘popular’ places for day trips. We loved coming back here in the evening. For anyone travelling with young children, there is a playground opposite the villa which we found great. Thank you, Athanasios, for the great recommendations and warm welcome!

Our experience at Secret Earth was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained—housekeeping came daily. A special shoutout to Mary, the receptionist/concierge, who truly went above and beyond. She was so kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. Her attention and warmth made a huge difference. We were also greeted with fresh fruit, cheese, and bread—which was such a lovely touch after a long journey. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Maria's house is stunning and she was friendly and available, willingly accommodated any request and help with anything we needed. The view of the sea is wonderful and the pool is great and we enjoyed it very much! Keep an eye out if you come with small children who need to be watched closely because of the pool. Unfortunately, Vera the housekeeper did not illuminate us (although it is important to note that when we turned directly to Maria, she solved the problem for the best)

We went on a mothers and daughters trip to Kamari, and the house was perfect. Super chic, well appointed and comfortable. Maris was so nice answering our questions morning and night. She also checks in to be sure everything is going well. Our first time in Santorini’s was wonderful … would come back every year

We had a great time in Avignon! The host advised us on many places to visit. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from Perissa beach which is a real plus. Renting a means of transport to discover the island is essential, but we were very well helped by the host to find everything we needed!

My boyfriend and I had a great time: from the start, we were greeted with so much warmth and sweetness by Marketousa, who was always available to help us and respond to our needs. The house was small but perfect for two people: very well equipped, very clean and really very beautiful: both outside and inside. It was a dream to stay with them. One thing that struck us a lot was one day when, returning home, we found the sheets and towels changed and arranged in the shape of a heart with petals and chocolates.🥹🥹🥹♥️♥️♥️ We appreciated these small gestures of care so much... the cleaning was offered at no additional cost and these details are not to be underestimated. You rarely meet hosts like this, thank you 🙏

Artemia is an amazing host. She is friendly and responsive. She suggested us great local recommendations and also helped us book a sunset yacht. It was our daughter’s birthday and she brought cake for her. Artemia went above and beyond ! Thank you ! Accommodation was great, beautiful breathtaking view , enjoyed the pool. Cleaning services came in regularly and kept the place super clean. The 3 blue tombs , restaurants, shops all are at walking distance. I highly recommend this accommodation!

The place exceeded our expectations in every way. This was a beautiful location with beach access to what felt like our own private beach since there were only a few occasional people there at any point. We were there in late April. Adriana (the hostess) arranged taxis for us to and from the airport since our flights were early morning and late at night. We used the public bus to get around the island on other days. There is a hike to ancient Thira nearby so that is something we did. The place was well designed and beautiful! The courtyard surrounding it is also beautiful and the view of the beach and mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. There was an authentic Greek restaurant within walking distance that we would have gone back to if we stayed longer. We felt at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend!

Just a stones throw distance from the beach, with pretty much everything you need within a 5 minute walk, a small but complete apartment, the office is underneath the apartment, open all day and the host always more then happy to help you with any question or tips. When I arrived, a sandstorm had hit the island the day before so the whole island was covered in sand, the cleaning lady noticeably spent a lot of extra effort to get the place spotless again. No matter when I entered the office, David, our host, was always in happy mood and always found time for some chitchat, a great guy! Parking our rental car was never an issue, there was an semi fenced in area just behind the apartments, which is an old campsite. We were there late may early June, so a bit before main season, so it gets busier in main season. In short, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it if you are not looking for something super fancy and relaxing.

Loakeim was there to meet us on arrival. Went through everything we needed to know about the house and the island and basically couldn’t do enough for us. The house has everything you need, matched the description and photos perfectly and the fridge was stocked up with fresh produce to get us going until we visited the shops. This property is a very nice place if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It is clear to see that this property is Loakeim’s passion and we had a great time. The whole experience is exactly what all Airbnb experiences should be 10/10.
