Vacation rentals with a patio in Kamaole Beach Park I

The location couldn't be better. Beach across the street is everything you could want, including tree-lined grassy areas with shade for picnic lunches. So many excellent food venues within a 10-minute car ride. The unit was quiet and private with a super comfortable bed and a well-supplied kitchen for making affordable meals at home. Francis was responsive, proactive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great location in a beautiful and well maintained community. Unit had everything we needed. Walking distance to the pool and beach. A lot to do in the area. Also convenient location to explore the rest of the island.

We really enjoyed the relaxing environment. It was close to the beach. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of the evenings.

Die Wohnung von Annie ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die gepflegte Anlage befindet sich gleich neben den ganzen Luxushotels in Wailea mit direktem Strandzugang. Es ist wie im Paradies dort. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Airbnb zu Gast. Badetücher, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Kühltaschen und noch vieles mehr machen den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Kosmetika, Kaffee, Gewürze, Wattepads, ja sogar Schwimmwindeln waren vorhanden. Annie hat uns auch einen späteren Check out ermöglicht. Das Swimmingpool und der Strandpavillon sind ganz toll. Man kann dort auch seine Lebensmittel in Kühlschränke geben und auch Griller und Herd sind dort vorzufinden. Der Zugang zum bekannten Beachwalk befindet sich gleich neben dem Strand. Es war herrlich dort jeden Tag die 5 km zu gehen. Der Strand ist wunderschön dort. 100-prozentige Weiterenpfehlung. Unbedingt buchen, wenn man nach Maui kommt. This place was great for our family of five (teenage kids, so basically 5 adults) first trip to Maui. The lanai was my favorite hangout spot with the most gorgeous ocean view and we loved being right across from Kam 3 beach! The beach supplies were awesome! We weren’t bothered at all by the busy street out front that some have commented on. The kitchen was well stocked. Melissa was the most amazing and helpful host I’ve ever had!! She gave great instructions, provided helpful recommendations, and was immediately responsive when we had a snafu with the door code—she was absolutely fabulous! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We enjoyed our time in Kihei. It’s centrally located, has great parking and is perfect for relaxation. You look right out on the ocean, have direct beach access, and lots of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

Micheal was quick to respond and had great recommendations. BONUS Micheal left a $50 gift card to Monkeypod restaurant for us! Monkeypod is a fabulous local craft restaurant! I’ve been to Maui several times And this by far my favorite stay. Micheal’s condo is clean, very comfortable, and centrally located to everything. The description was completely accurate to his description. Highly recommend! We will be back! Thank you!

We had an amazing time. Amy & Jay were extremely responsive and the property was immaculate. Our family of 5 had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy the beach and be within 15 minutes of anything on the west side of Maui. We plan on returning soon!

Wow, we truly felt this was the perfect place for us during our honeymoon. We loved the privacy and open grass area that had the most romantic view. Waking up to the roosters and spotting the geckos around the property really added to the experience. The place was so spacious and has everything you need and more. The best sushi spot, grocery store and breakfast joint are a short walk away. We will never forget this little sanctuary, and hope to come back to it in the future. Thank you so much, Hunter!

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

We had a fantastic stay at Emma's place! She went above and beyond to help us during our trip. Due to some confusion with time zones, we accidentally arrived a night early, but Emma stayed up late to help us find a place to stay for that night—something we truly appreciated. The next day, she kindly let us check in early and even allowed us to leave our bags after checkout so we could explore Maui without having to lug our suitcases around. Emma was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations, and always quick to answer any questions we had. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. We definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Maui. Thanks again, Emma!

We loved this home. Whether it was having dinner with a Maui Sunset or enjoying the first morning cup on the front patio with the blue Pacific as a backdrop or just enjoying the home and beautifully kept landscaping, with pool, we have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly felt like we were guests not customers. I was traveling with my Niece and her teen age and adult children and we all loved it. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Restaurants, beaches and shopping all very convenient. Several good swimming and snorkeling beaches minutes away. Staying at Kapalua Villa’s is a must when you go to Maui! We absolutely loved the condo! The views from the condo were priceless and steal your attention the moment you walk in. The place was clean and had everything you need. The beach was a short 7-10 min walk away. Kim was amazing! She was professional, attentive and very responsive. We had multiple questions and requests throughout our stay such as a beach umbrella breaking a few days in, and Kim had it replaced in less than 15 min! Kim was always available to assist. My family and I look forward to staying with Ridge Realty for our future trips to Maui. I have one complaint that has NOTHING to do with Ridge Realty. The resort once offered shuttle service which would take you any where you wanted within the resort but stopped it, this was very disappointing. I hope Kapalua sees the value to the shuttle service and brings it back soon. Thank you Kim for being an amazing host, for a beautiful place making my special trip memorable!

We had an amazing time in Maui and a huge part of what made it so amazing was the air bnb. Alex was super helpful and responded extremely quickly. When we walked in, it felt so welcoming-almost like walking into your own home. It seemed like everything had been thought of. We had a cooler we could bring places with us, beach chairs, beach towels, and so much more that were provided by the host. This place looked exactly like the pictures. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Carrie’s beautiful condo in Kihei! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and more!!! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. We started every morning with coffee on the lanai. The proximity to the cove and changs beach made it easy to pop down for a swim or the sunset! The condo complex itself is quiet, beautifully maintained, and has all the amenities you’d want. The condo has a pool, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. Whether you’re looking for adventure or just a relaxing escape, her place delivers. Highly recommend staying here—we’re already planning our return trip!!! Carrie is the best!!!!!!!

Place are great feel like your just home

We loved our stay!! So close to many shops and restaurants and right across from the beach. Amazing pool and hot tub and we utilized the pickle ball court on premise. Everyone else in the condos are super friendly as well making you feel right at home. Kandi was a great host and super responsive despite being afar. There was an issue with the door lock and she sent someone over to fix it within the hour of me notifying her. Place is clean, super updated, cute, and cozy. Highly recommend :)

Over all it’s a good place to stay. It’s just we can hear the people at the connecting room.

The location was central to everything, making it so easy to get to all our planned activities and food spots. Whether heading to the Road to Hana, hanging at the beaches or having dinner, this Airbnb made it all convenient. The space itself was well-equipped, just the right size for two. While it may not be ideal for a group of 3, it had everything we needed, plus an unbeatable ocean view that made every morning feel magical. On top of all that, the host Sarah and Joe were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. 10 stars if we could give them!
