My stay was very relaxing and the unit to me was actually better than the pictures if I’m being honest, very spacious and modern, the kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans and utensils, there was also an ice maker that loved using as well, the thermostat was very easy to use and I think the pillows and bed were exceptionally soft and comfortable (a few of my favorite amenities). My main issue was getting to the location itself; I’m guessing because it’s a relatively new community that Google hasn’t been updated as yet, and tho I’m from Nassau I do have trouble with directions but if you’re familiar with the West Bay Street area, and communicate with the hosts you won’t have too much trouble finding it as they’re very responsive and provide landmark images/videos if need be.

Amazing place - really recommend. So close to the beach and pool is great. Super comfortable bed, very tidy and lovely outdoor space. Fairly remote part of the island so if you want to explore easily might be worth getting a car (taxis are expensive).
A wooden dining table with a square top is surrounded by four tall chairs. Green placemats are arranged neatly on the table, with a decorative item placed centrally. The floor tiles are light-colored, providing a clean and fresh look to the dining space.

This was our second stay. Enjoyed the upgrades. Peaceful and relaxing.
A contemporary kitchen area is highlighted, featuring a white refrigerator and clean cabinetry against a backdrop of glossy tiled flooring. Natural light enters through large sliding doors, inviting views of the surrounding greenery. A ceiling fan adds a touch of comfort to the space.

The owners were great, it was a very quiet and beautiful place with fruit trees everywhere. It was short walking distance to great local spots and a couple upscale more touristy and expat places. You can walk to the former studio where Bob Marley, the Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Metallica, etc all recorded. It is now a restaurant. There are two conch joints across the street from each other nearby called Dino’s and Shoesy’s. I recommend both for different reasons. It’s not Baha Mar, but we sure didn’t want that.
A fire pit constructed from stones is set within a natural area, surrounded by sandy soil and vegetation. A light green Adirondack chair is positioned nearby, offering a spot to relax. The ocean is visible in the background under a cloudy sky.

I cannot understate how wonderful Alicia’s place was. Not only was she a proactive and helpful communicator, but the caretaker, RuthMae, was waiting for me, as promised. The views were lovely and I don’t know how a house could be that pristine right on the sand. Brigadier’s restaurant isn’t even a three-minute walk away, and is accessible by the road or by walking along the beach. I don’t have a single complaint and hope to return again and again. It was a great stay in a beautiful, well-maintained, modern home. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

3Bed Beach House with Pool

Great stay. The house comes with everything you need for a great time and more. We took advantage of the kayak, paddle board and snorkeling equipment. It was great to be able to snorkel right from the house. We also spent tons of time in the pool. Parking on site was great as we rented a car, everything was within a 15-20 minute drive. Hoping to make it back again!
A bathroom features a large mirror above the sink and a light-colored countertop. A white toilet is positioned beside the shower area. The shower curtain displays a colorful aurora design, while neatly arranged white towels are stacked on the countertop.

Emma was such a kind and thoughtful host. Her place was exactly as described in a very quiet and pretty part of Andros. Emma was incredibly helpful making recommendations for food and places to visit in the area, and really helped make the stay a wonderful experience!
