We went with our family for a 2 day trip to kotagiri. And we were looking for a cozy stay because we had elderly and kids with us. Anup’s property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. And hospitality was top notch.

The place had an awesome vibe and the rains during our stay added to the allure -The rooms were nice and spacious and neatly maintained and the toilet etc. were spotless. What takes the icing on the cake was Satyaraj's culinary skills as he whipped up tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner which gave a completely homely vibe. Geeta devi ensured the home was kept clean at all times. The place is definitely worth a revisit with family & friends

I recently had the chance to stay at Banashola - Geodesic Dome, and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. My wife and I had the best time here – the stay was peaceful, unique, and truly refreshing. The food at Hobbit Garden Restaurant was super delicious – every meal was a treat! A special mention to Vinod, who took great care of us. He was extremely helpful, guided us throughout our Ooty trip, and even helped us plan our itinerary. His recommendations were spot on and made our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing getaway near Otty

I've been using Airbnb for seven years, and I can honestly say I've had the best experience so far! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the food was amazing. Located in the heart of the tea estate, I loved the peaceful walks and runs I could take in the neighborhood. The host provided excellent food, and the charming town of Kotagiri is just a short ten-minute drive away, offering even more culinary options. The road connectivity was excellent, and the overall stay was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again in the future.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Leon, the caretaker, was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was incredibly delicious—almost too good to be true! The veg meals were full of flavor, and the starters were spot on. The masala dosa was so tasty, we couldn’t resist ordering it again! Overall, it was a truly mesmerizing experience.

It’s a great place to be honest. Such a big villa located at a brew-tiful place. Booking was smooth. Vignesh did gave me heads up about the amenities in the property. What you see in the photos will be there. Sathish, who manages the property was very helpful and friendly. He sorted out the dinner (separate cost) for us on time and the food was amazing. Thanks to the cook! When it comes to the location, you will find very few places with such a breathtaking views from the property overlooking the tea estates under the mountain. Weather was definitely an icing on the cake. Late evening’s and early morning’s are beautiful, calm and blissful. It’s an amazing property and it could’ve been kept bit more nice and well maintained (bathrooms). But that’s not a big concern for me as my purpose of the visit was fulfilled. Overall I’m extremely happy and I would visit again for another peaceful experience.

My stay at this serene mountain retreat was truly wonderful. Overlooking Kukal Valley, the house offers breathtaking mountain views from the studio bedroom and main house porch. Sitting on the porch, watching the mist roll over the hills, was a highlight. Our host, Anu, was exceptionally attentive, addressing any issues promptly. The delicious meals prepared by the chef significantly enhanced our experience. However, be aware that the property lacks proper signage, and cellphone signals are weak. Set up GPS coordinates in advance, and be prepared for an uphill, rugged approach that can be challenging for low-clearance vehicles. The hosts are available to assist with navigation. WiFi is unreliable due to the remote location, and insect repellent is recommended due to bugs in the area. Despite these minor inconveniences, the peaceful and rejuvenating experience makes this retreat highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.
