Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet! Stedet er perfekt om du har leiebil,gratis parkering. Hyppige bussavganger som tar deg både til flyplassen og Tromsø sentrum. Du kan ta på deg skiene og gå rett ut bak huset og opp i ferdi preparerte skiløyper som også er belyste- eller gå opp fjellene for randonee etc. Denne villaen har egen takterrasse med fantastisk utsikt. Architect-designed house with stunning views!

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Elvesus

You live 5 min from the airport and yet in nature. A few meters from the sea and a river running out into the sea here. Around the houses, you can discover shortages of various animals. Reindeer often comes by. Moose can come by a quick trip. Otherwise, otters and weights will run around the houses. In the sea, seals and rare dolphins swim. A superb place to observe the Northern Lights - and if it is windless, it mirrors in the sea as well. Tromsø city center bus, about 15 min.

Ocean View, Balcony, Hot Tub, Free Parking

Enjoy the view and the northern lights from the balcony or relax in the hot tub. Free use of washing machine, dryer, hot tub, towels, bed linen, detergents, kitchen and cable TV/Internet 2 bedrooms with double beds for a total of 4 people. Comfortable self-inflating high air mattress (90x200x40cm) for a fifth guest, can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Free parking for one car. Entrance on the backside of the house with stairs up to the apartment.

Cathedral Lodge

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. This is the perfect place to stay in Tromsø. Welcome!

The View, Aurora,skiing/hiking,close to citycenter

The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø and its surroundings. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.

Apartment on Whaleisland

Our house is situated on the appropriately named “whale island” (Kvaløya), just a short 15-20 minute drive to Tromsø city centre and 12 minutes to the airport (9km). This is a perfect location for those searching for a true Arctic experience, as the house is located at the main hub of Kvaløya. Dog and Reindeer sleddings are close by (3km). It is truly is the perfect place to appreciate northern Norway.

Ideal accommodation for 2 people. Sleeping alcove with double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and workplace. Private patio with table and chairs. Free parking. Scenic surroundings, surrounded by mountains and the sea! 15 min drive from the airport and 25 min to Tromsø city centre. 5 min to grocery store.

Here you live centrally in the middle of a private park right by the sea. Short distance to most things, reindeer and northern lights can also be found here. Bus stop, supermarket, pizza restaurant and 24-hour kiosk are only 2-300 meters from the apartment.
