Beachfront vacation rentals in Kalamaki Beach

we had a lovely week at Maria's place. The covered terrace is the most beautiful room in the house with beautiful sea views. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk, but beware, for people who have difficulty walking, the slope is rather steep to climb. Maria is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. Agia Pelagia remains a small seaside resort in a great location for visiting the north of the island. Beautiful discovery

Extremely helpful and quick to respond. Spacious and very cozy house, apart from the lack of bidet and wall support for the shower, everything was perfect. From the terrace you can enjoy an exceptional view on the sea and sunset. The car parking is a little limited (if shared with other cars) and the photos that indicate the route x the house a little dated (Philomena is now green!) overall extraordinary vacation. Very nice Villa and very friendly host. Her father is also living there and takes care of the garden. You can park there easily. The equipment and stuff that is available is as promised in the description. Location is actually not right next to the beach, but 10-15mins by foot, but by car it’s only 2mins. The beach there is amazing. The water is quite flat for a while, which is nice for playing in the water and probably for kids. Also the restaurants (especially Seven) there are really good and have a good price.

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

Super clean and cozy apartment. We felt very comfortable from start to finish. Our host Panagiotis was always friendly and reliable. Supermarkets, different restaurants and the beach were within walking distance and around the property you always found a (free) parking space. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to travel to the beautiful Agia Galini 👍🏻

Jeronimo is a really great host. Very, very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome right away. The accommodation is beautifully located above the small Soudabucht with magnificent views. Two recommended taverns are within walking distance. Jeronimo's bar is also great and not to be missed. We highly recommend the beautiful, simple but functional accommodation.

The stay was good, private and secluded. All listed amenities were present. Pool and BBQ were crucial to us, also worth to mention: there is an A/C unit in each room. Wifi was perfectly stable. You can hear the road noises, but it is manageable, it didn't affect our experience.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was better than expected! The location was great, we had easy beach access to a relatively quiet part of the beach. There were loads of great restaurants near us and we could walk into the town centre within 35 mins. Lovely amenities and very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and square from our window. Pool was great with a lovely bar. Check-in was very easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rethimno and looking to have a peaceful area to stay and don’t mind walking into town.

Giannis is a very kind host. He informed us very friendly about the lovely accomandation and even created a guest app with a lot of regional hints and adivses. The appartement was very cozy. The beds and the chairs have even been extraordinary good. The construction is solid and also the tough crete wind could not disturb us. Don't hesitate, book it ;-)

What a fantastic experience we had during our stay at this beautiful villa in South Crete! Everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment of arrival, it was immediately noticeable how extremely neat and hygienic everything was. The villa was really sparkling clean and taken care of down to the last detail. Everything you can think of was there – from utensils to beach towels – which made us feel right at home and completely relax. The hospitality of the host was extraordinary. He was always available for questions, gave us great tips about the area and made sure we really lacked nothing. What a warm welcome and service! The location of the villa is also absolutely a plus: beautiful in a quiet area, with stunning views and yet close to the most beautiful beaches and charming villages. What a wonderful place! If you are stressed by work, in need of something peaceful, extremely beautiful and in harmony with the nature, this is the right place for you. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here, meeting the cute cats ( please feed them :), enjoy the surrondings and if you like to swim, the beach just 10 minutes walking distance is perfect for you. I swam 5 kilometers and enjoyed after that the beautiful bar and restaurant close to the house. RECOMMENDED!

Lovely and pretty house near the sea, feet in the water. we had a great time, ideal for resting. On the other hand, you need a car to get around and schedule visits and the visits are far away. The accommodation was very clean and our host very responsive. We will come back for sure

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

Staying in the beautiful cottage with stunning views of the sea and the caves of Matala was simply sensational! This view is absolutely worth the steep climb, be sure to bring good shoes. Sofia is a warm and very attentive host, responds quickly and had prepared small delicacies for the reception. The cottage simply has everything you need, very cozy with attention to detail. Now I understand why this house is almost always occupied.😉 In the evening it can get a little louder when the live music is loud, but you know that when you go to Matala.

We really enjoyed our stay at Georgios’ place. Communication with him and his wife was very smooth — they responded quickly whenever we had a question and were also very flexible with the check-in. The flat is a dream and waking up every morning to such a beautiful view right by the beach felt like a real fairytale. We truly felt that they cared about us — they kept us informed about important things (like an earthquake) and other helpful updates. We highly recommend the flat and them as hosts. Would definitely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

I came during the off season and it was exactly what I needed. The location is just a stones throw from the beach. The weather was ideal. And the view from the balcony…bliss. Upon arrival, I was met by the hosts who are the kindest people. The flat was immaculate and fully equipped. It was quiet and the only sounds were the ocean. This place is my paradise and I can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed staying at Anna's place very much. A neighborhood and a beach almost. For us alone, which is a rarity these days. The view into the interior of the country, also of the passing goats from the bed, is simply very beautiful. We have already recommended the neighborhood to friends.
