Studio with kitchenette (microwave, hot plate, small refrigerator and coffee pot), AC, Cable TV, free WIFI, queen bed and pull out sofa bed. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with view of pool and gardens and sunset. Short walk to historical Kailua Kona Town, shops, restaurants, farmers market and sunbathing beach. Relaxing atmosphere with pool, hot tub and coin operated laundry facilities. On site free parking on first come first serve basis. Free on street public parking nearby.

This fully equipped two-bedroom, two- bathroom condo is in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. The start and finish of the Ironman Triathlon is a five- minute walk away, as are shopping, dining, and Kailua's night life. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom, one with a stand up shower and the second with a tub/shower combination. The wifi is fast and reliable and the shaded, fan cooled, lanai is right off the pool. Both the condo and the complex are no smoking zones.
