Very convenient 1 bedroom apartment 52 square meter surface on the 1st floor(ground floor is an beauty institut) of a three-story small building. Only one apartment on each floor. The sofa is also a bed. In the city center of Arlon. 1 min by walk to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. 6 min by walk to Arlon Train station. Easy to park down the building and close to free parking places. Bed sheets and trowels are provided in according to the number of guests. Hot water is well equipped.

Studio indépendant à Arlon. Proche de la frontière luxembourgeoise, au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Sas d'entrée pour vélo, parking facile dans la rue. Il est plus facile de se déplacer aux alentours du studio en voiture ( rue en côte, peu de bus) Nous habitons dans la maison attenant au studio (indépendant) et sommes donc présents pour vous aider en cas de besoin. Gare d'Arlon à 2km Frontière luxembourgeoise à 2km, Luxembourg Ville à 32km Le studio fait environ 25m carré.

Petit studio au calme situé à 15 minutes de la gare de longwy à pied (train direct vers Luxembourg). Tout équipé il conviendra à de courts ou moyens séjours . Idéal pour une personne mais peut convenir pour deux personnes (courte durée). Un parking est disponible gratuitement devant l’immeuble, l’arrêt de bus se trouve également juste devant. Situé en rez de jardin il est calme car il ne donne pas sur la rue. Un accès au jardin peut etre possible sur demande.
