Monthly Rentals in Kahaluu-Keauhou

Simon's home is a beautiful one-of-a-kind place, with a beautiful view of Keauhou Bay and a 180-degree view of the ocean. It is located in a very quiet gated community at an elevation above the beach that keeps is cool and very comfortable without the use of air conditioning. My wife and I spent 6 weeks and Simon's home, and were very impressed with the amenities and fully stocked kitchen. We had our morning coffee and most of our meals on the lanai, enjoying the ocean views and wonderful sunsets. The on-site pool and hot tub are well maintained and easy to access. We will certainly book Simon's home again when we next return to the Big Island.

We loved this place! We have been to Hawaii close to a dozen times and I liked these accommodations the best. Gregory bent over backwards to meet our every need and answer any and all questions! We will recommend this place to anyone coming to stay on the Big Island! Lovely view…loved early mornings and eating out on the lanai! The sunsets were incredible! Meticulously clean! Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Well equipped kitchen and nice BBQ. Every bedroom had air conditioning, ceiling fans and a portable standing fan (which were so nice on the muggy nights) including the loft bedroom. The two bedrooms on the main floor were both big and nice with King beds. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and nicely kept and we loved the colorful geckos we saw every day on the stairs. There are three pools and hot tubs to choose from and the view from the one was so nice. We felt like this was a good location to explore the island from! We would stay here again!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lennis’s space, along with her thoughtfulness to the space and a being a great host. Her space is very airy, clean, and so many thoughtful details. Such as, beach accessories, many bathroom and kitchen necessities. I stay in a lot of home rentals, and I am really happy when there are items left behind for others to use, like spices, oils, condiments, and there were here. Lennis’s place was our shortest accommodation of our Hawai’i visit(unfortunately), so we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool( which is just a couple of steps away). There are so many flowers and plants on the grounds. We loved that the parking was right in front. It was nice that the condo is a single level apartment. Also, the front porch is lovely, I wouldn’t say it’s very private, but we are city people, so I didn’t mind. And it is not an active road. Stay here!

It was a wonderful location and great walking distance to the beach. Our host was very lovely and supplied all the beach stuff like chairs which we used.
