The Pumphouse Wash Trail is just down the road (4 mins walk). Downtown Flagstaff and all that it has to offer is less than 10 miles away. The NAU campus, less than 8. Please note that you DO have to climb all 79 steps and cross a foot bridge over Pumphouse Wash.
