One of Alaska's most beautiful destinations, an ideal location for any adventurer. Off the beaten path, we are located on MacDonald Spit with beach frontage on both Kasitsna Bay and Kachemak Bay. Our Water Taxi will bring you to the front door of any of our accommodations nestled in the trees. Wake in the morning glow of the sun and listen to the eagles calling from above. Friendly dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. A pet fee of $100 per dog will be added to the reservation after booking.

It embodies passive design and incredible light with floor to ceiling south facing view windows in bedrooms as well as open plan great rooms in each unit. It is conveniently located ½ mile from the hospital and ⅔ mile to the middle of town. Living space is on two levels with floor to ceiling windows for bedrooms and great rooms.
