Villa vacation rentals in Kabini River

This was a splendid villa where I spent a couple of days. A very homely elderly couple who took really good care of us. From reminding us to take an umbrella. A home away from home. This is a common phrase but this time I really felt like it. Thank you for making our stay truly amazing. Will definitely come here again.

The place is absolutely beautiful. There are so many elements in the property like multiple seating areas, ponds, barbecue place, that add to the experience. We stayed here with our 4 doggos and they had a lot of space to run and play around in the property. They had the best time! The help and her daughter who maintain the property are very sweet and ensured the rooms and kitchen were clean and they really did a great job. Regional breakfast like idli, appam and all was provided and it was good. They only speak Malyalam but we could still manage to understand some bits :D. The host is very proactive and responsive. She made sure we had everything that we needed. Will visit again ❤️

property is in strategic location,just overlooking beautiful mountains and coffee estate. property was very clean and good. the complementary netflix account,clean crockery unit, towels,tooth brush and paste are some of the highlights of the property

The Villa is situated in beautiful surroundings of coffee estate . Just walk through estate will give you peaceful vibes . I think this is best place when you are travelling from coorg to waynad area in kerala . You can enjoy Nalknadu palace & chelavara waterfalls nearby. When we visited , this area rained heavily & there was no electricity , caretaker provided services in adverse conditions with hot water . Caretaker provided dinner was of local coorg flavour , truely authentic . Such peaceful surroundings & early morning chirping of birds will definitely rejuvenate your soul . We will come definitely here again in winter also.

Great place and the best part is the view that you get every morning and evening. Totally worth it. The place is really good and the staff were super helpful. Few things that can be improved . 1) Mobile number on which we can contact . It was missing and what was provided was not responsive 2) Food was delicious but slightly expensive, 3) Power backup need to be improved 4) Only one mosquito repellent was available

I had an amazing stay at Nibana, thanks to our incredible hosts, Girish and Jawid. From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything was perfect. They took care of everything—from delicious meals to planning out the best places to visit in the area. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. Whether it was helping with local tips or going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, they were always there with a smile. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a stress-free, memorable experience!

Great view, exactly as described in the photos. The caretaker was really helpful and attended to all our requests. Pretty chill place to spend a couple of nights with friends and family

Fantastic location made with a lot of care and consideration with an absolutely gorgeous view of a beautiful and well maintained and heated pool. The house comes with staff that were also wonderful with the service they provided. It felt like our own little private resort. Absolutely stunning of a getaway. A word of caution though for people with young children or wheelchairs - it can be tricky to get around as there are many stairs. The stairs in and around the pool can be unsafe for little kids. We enjoyed it nonetheless. It’s a wonderful place otherwise and absolutely recommend it.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at, & I’m an avid traveller. Perfect for an extended family stay (we were 9 people). The house with its large glass windows, 5 identical well-furnished rooms, outdoor swimming pool, watchtower, and especially the projector screen in the hall, were exactly what we wanted to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. Special shoutout to Rakesh Bhaiya and the 3 other Bhaiyas who were always just a call away, cooked delicious food, and provided better hospitality than any 5 star property can. Will recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay among nature a group of 10 or so people.

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

Hello Vijayashree, Our stay at Golden Apex was truly exceptional! The villa offered stunning mountain views, and the interiors were a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

I recently stayed at Chinar Villa in Wayanad, and it was an absolute delight! The villa is beautifully designed and offers a spectacular view of the Banasura hills. The homestay is well-furnished and provides a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The private swimming pool was a highlight for us. Jiyo, our host, was incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring our stay was pleasant and stress-free. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Banasura Sagar Dam. Overall, Chinar Villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience the natural beauty and tranquility of Wayanad. I highly recommend it!

Hosted a batchelors event with my friends in the property. it was an awesome experience.Clean and big pool.Champakka tree with lots champakka.Asif arranged live barbeque at night and breakfast on our request. Top floor for fun games and chit chat.Great property for groups. Was a memorable night. thankyou asif.

We had booked this place for a family trip and had an amazing stay. Pros: 1. Beautiful, spacious and well maintained property. the rooms, pool and surroundings were clean. 2. all the listed facilities were available. 3. the property was easy to find. 4. the surroundings are calm and green. 5. eateries and groceries easily available, food delivery by restaurants was also available. 6. Caretaker is available 24x7 and is super helpful, but only speaks malyalam which could be an issue for some. We took google translators help. 7. spacious car parking area, can fit 2 cars. Improvements: 1. There were a lot of Black ants (can't help given the location plus they're harmless, so not a big issue) so had to keep all the food items protected and out of their reach at all times. 2. there were a lot of ants under the mattress in one of the bedrooms but the caretaker cleared it as soon as we informed him about it. 3. some chairs in the balcony and outdoor seating would've been great.

We had a nice stay at Ranjus place. The villa is very well kept and the in-house caretaker is always available for help. Even though the house is a bit away from city and mainstream shops and restaurants, you can order food through Swiggy and care taker will run the errands for you. The only glitch we had was the refrigerator that wasn’t functional for almost the whole day, probably due to a power cut in that area. Will definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for a good quality stay with all amenities, away from the crowded areas.

Me and my family had a very good time at this property. It's surrounded by lots of plants and is located amidst nature. Tea plantation is walkable distance. There are many flowering plants and trees in the property.... We had fresh paneer fruits from the tree.... We also got banana leaf to have food... Caretaker samad is a very good person... He took us around to get some jackfruits and mangoes from the tree. We also enjoyed campfire and pool area. The view from pool area is amazing. There is basic utensils like cooker pan tawa bowls cups in the kitchen We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed jackfruit hunting the most! Thanks to samad.
