Cozy cottage with lovely views, close to downtown KRS

Close to water, quiet area with forest around. Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

We stayed in the apartment for a week this summer to go in the Zoo. It was a short distance to both the city center and the Zoo. Great communication with the host. Clean and nice apartment with toys and what we needed for the kids.

We stayed for 4 nights in Renate's home in July 2024. Large and nice house with a fantastic location, and many opportunities for activating small and large. Highly recommended and will be happy to come again.

A doorway opens to a spacious terrace with scenic views of the water. Natural light fills the entrance, inviting the outdoors in. The wooden deck is visible, bordered by rustic railing and framed by greenery in the background, creating a serene transition from indoors to outdoors.

We had a lovely stay at June’s apartment today. The views were incredible and the apartment was extremely clean.

We only stayed there for one night and felt super comfortable! Beautiful, sweet accommodation and everything very clean. We arrived very late in the evening and were still greeted in person. Very lovely and helpful hostess. Would always stay at her place. Thank you very much for the stay!

The house was clean, neat, cozy and as described. We have maintained ongoing contact with the landlord who has been very pleasant, welcoming and quick to respond. Both the landlord and the house are highly recommended.
