Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jūrmala

Fantastic little gem hidden in the outskirts of Jurmala. Private yard, spacious house and of course a very nice Sauna and well maintained garden!

Очень уютный домик. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Свой участок двора, что для нас очень важно, так как мы любим барбекю. Тихий район, рядом был хороший продуктовый магазинчик. До центральной улицы Юрмалы пешком 15 минут, к морю минут 20.

Ļoti mājīga un skaista mājiņa – viss bija tīrs un kārtībā. Sava bija ļoti atsaucīgs un pretimnākošs. Pirts un karstā baļļa tika sagatavotas uz norunāto laiku, kas padarīja mūsu atpūtu vēl patīkamāku. Ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta – veikals ir tepat blakus, un līdz jūrai tikai 5 minūšu pastaiga. Mājiņā bija viss nepieciešamais komfortablai dzīvošanai. Noteikti iesakām un labprāt atgrieztos vēlreiz!

Viskas super, patiko, didelis kiemas, užrakinama varteliai, paleidi vaiką, ir nesuki galvos....

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und klein. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Es ist ein wundervoller, sehr sauberer Strand mit dem feinsten Sand, den ich je gesehen habe. Man läuft in 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort fährt zwei mal pro Stunde ein Zug nach Riga (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit). Auf diese Weise kann man wunderbar die Vorteile einer Städtetour mit einem Strandurlaub verbinden. Und Riga ist eine der schönsten Städte, die ich je gesehen habe. Inese war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns perfekt unterstützt. Danke!

Everything was as in the pictures and in the description. Very nice neighborhood. Short walk to the seaside.

Rita made us feel like home with family vibes. She was super friendly, always helpful, fun to chat! The place was even better than expected! Super cosy vibes, great atmosphere inside, the mist expensive type of dopamine you can get! Definitely coming back during summer time for longer stay!

The interior of the house is cozy and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, great coffee machine. Spacious living room and 2 bedrooms. Large terrace where you can eat your meals. Fast internet. Very nice, warm, cordial and helpful landlady.. Large garden with a swing. Close to the sea, shop and Armenian restaurant. I recommend this apartment.

Все очень понравилось, тихое уютное место, свежий ремонт, есть все необходимое. Квартира расположена рядом с парком в 5 минутах ходьбы от моря.

Fantastisks dzīvoklis. Ideāli der 3-4 cilvēku ģimenei. 200 m no pludmales un tuvu Līvu akvaparkam, kā arī Dzintaru mežaparkam. Liela virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo, liela vannas istaba, daudz skapju drēbēm un mantām. Ir iekšējais pagalms, kur var sauļoties vai grillēt. Komunicēt ar saimnieku bija viegli un patīkami.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist großartig - nicht weit vom Zentrum, vom Strand und von der Bahnstation. Mara und Raimobds sind tolle Gastgeber, antworten sehr schhell und sind hilfsbereit, wenn etwas benötigt wird. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Jurmala und Riga verbracht und würden gern wieder kommen.

Thanks to Argis & Santa we enjoyed a few lovely ice-cold winter days at Jūrmala's coast in a warm and comfortable appartment. Communication with Argis was easy and friendly, with recommendations for the area and constant availability (downstairs in the house) for requests like an extra person staying, extra sheets, luggage storage. Train station, the sea and restaurants / bistros are just a couple of minutes of walk away. All in all very convenient & recommended!

If you are looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful spot, this is a place for you! The apartment was just as described, very clean, and had everything one needs for long stays. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. You can easily get to the concert hall, beach and the park on foot. Tatjana is a dream host: she is responsible, always responsive and very helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay!

It was a pleasure to stay in Vladislav's apartment. It was very clean and featured a very large garden. The apartment is situated on a quiet street with no traffic on one side, yet on the other, it offers easy walking access to multiple destinations: 15 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the railway station. There are also several supermarkets close by. Vladislav is very kind and highly communicative. He provided many useful hints and ideas about places to visit. He was always happy to help with any questions and responded almost immediately. My wife and I can recommend Vladislav and his apartment without any hesitation.

Amazing location, right on the beach, 5 min walk to Jomas St. Will come back soon !

The most beautiful cottage you have set your eyes on a darling lil wood burner in the bedroom kept us nice and warm when we needed the extra heat wood was provided and there was heaters there aswell, beautiful kitchen full with everything you need just bring your own food ofcourse plenty of ideas of what to do around the area as was provided with a map ect. Very kind and approaching hosts that helped with all that we needed. Thank you so much again for hosting us and hope to come back again 🙏 Very close to the beach aswell you can hear the waves from the home itself 🌼

Unterkunft sauber, schnell zu finden, zentrale Lage. Anweisung vor Anreise waren ausreichend. Um die Ecke kann man sich schnell mit allem wichtigen versorgen. Alles super! Empfehlenswert. 🙂

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The check in instructions were very clear, the apartment was spotless and well organised with everything we needed. The washing machine and pods was a really helpful extra. Also the local guide was very helpful, we visited some of the recommended places for food and they didn’t disappoint. Great location for exploring the Old Town and further afield.

We hebben een heerlijke week achter de rug in het fijne, ruime en gezellige appartement van Ilze. En niet te vergeten in de mooie stad Riga!

Die Wohnung von Martin ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und beschrieben. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen um die Altstadt und auch den Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. Martin war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell, freundlich und hilfreich reagiert. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkehren und können Martin als Gastgeber und seine Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Ce logement est fidèle à la description proposée. Très confortable, très calme, très joliment décoré. Il ne manque rien ! Les hôtes sont réactifs et accueillants. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée sont très agréables ! Situation parfaite ! Près des restaurants et des lieux de visite ! Nous avons passé trois jours merveilleux ! Merci.

we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je prends ce logement et je dois dire qu’il est tout simplement idéal pour une quiétude optimale (notamment avec son très joli jardin mis à disposition). L’appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et bien illuminé naturellement. On a vraiment l’impression d’être chez soi, en privé. L’appartement ne serait rien sans son hôte, Anna, qui est non seulement très réactive mais aussi proactive avec que des bons conseils et d’excellentes suggestions. Bref, je ne peux que recommander ce logement.
