Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Jura bernois District

The previous reviews have raised high expectations, which have been consistently met. Everything that has been written so far is true! The prepared hiking trails, some of which start at the house, are particularly great. After hiking, relaxation in the sauna, then a cozy evening in the beautiful apartment. Only one disadvantage: we didn't stay long enough! So highly recommended, namely host and vacation home, you effectively stay and live like on cloud nine.

We felt very comfortable. Everything is very clean and furnished with love. Everything you need. For us, it was absolutely perfect and we will definitely come back!

Me and my friends loved our stay at Judith's and Simon's place. It is such a lovely old style chalet, very well equipped, and so cozy, that we felt right at home. The hosts are also such nice people and welcoming. Staying here definitely made our roadtrip to Switzerland more special. We definitely recommend it.

Delphine is a lovely and very warm hostess. The cottage was very welcoming, nicely decorated with all the basic products available. The environment is beautiful. I really recommend it.

It was a wonderful time at this accommodation. The host made it even more comfortable through his speedy communication. The location is simply breathtaking and a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The house is very nicely decorated and every small details is thought of, that you see only in architecture magazines. To be honest it is a truly hidden gem. I strongly recommend staying at this accommodation and encourage you to be mindful to the effort of the host. This and accommodation like this is the reason why I love Airbnb.

Excellent family accommodation. Very clean,spacious and well equipped. Good outide areas. Superb rooms but one bedroom is best for children. TV in top level lounge-bedroom only Suburban location but easy 15mins public transport into Biel Centre (driving and parking not the easiest). Garage and on street parking outside( but is time limited). Local supermarkets and shops walkable. Lots of choice for takeway deliveries.

We enjoyed the quaint, cozy chalet very much. The garden is amazing! We were allowed to help ourselves to the fresh fruit in the garden. When we needed support, Benny helped us immediately. There was only one small downside. The sofa bed was made up for us in the living room. It took a little getting used to and the sleeping comfort was not particularly good. We would prefer a real bed. All in all, however, a top place to stay.

I want to first Thank you Anouk for being a great host. I don’t have the words to describe the place it is more like a piece of Heaven with the stunning view on the lake. We felt right at home from the start. The chalet was spotless clean with everything you need or think might need. We really enjoyed every single detail of it. Loved the location and scenery! Very pretty. The cable car up the mountain is fun and the hiking around here is beautiful. Don’t miss the bus from Lauterbrunnen or you’ll have to walk uphill for 45 minutes!

Peter & Eveline are very friendly and welcoming hosts, super responsive and attentive. Their place is a perfect getaway: comfortable, fully functional, and idyllic. It offers spectacular views of the lake and mountains that we enjoyed from the spacious balcony. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and airy living room. Public transport in the area is excellent, which was especially helpful for us as we didn’t have a car. The shops and restuarants are within walking distance and. are of good quality too. We truly had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting this wonderful place! We will be coming back!

We stayed at Karin's for four nights and can’t thank her enough for making our time in Switzerland so enjoyable. The house is located in the quiet, peaceful village of Ruetigen, where you can wake up to spectacular views and the tranquil sounds of cowbells. During our stay, we visited several popular tourist destinations all just 25 to 40 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient. The house itself is extremely spacious. There were only two of us (plus our two Yorkies), so we felt very lucky to have all that space to ourselves. And the sauna - After days of driving from Scotland, we were exhausted, and discovering that Karin's house had a sauna was the best surprise. Karin went above and beyond to prepare everything for us. I also want to mention the Panorama Card she provided - it was amazing! We used it to visit Harder Kulm and got 15% off, which was a great bonus. It’s only been a day since we left, and I already miss it. Without a doubt, we’ll be back at Karin’s place again. 👍

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Panorama unit. For us it was like Heidi’s chalet with modern conveniences. Lisa was always available to assist should we have questions. This lovely property is very highly recommended and we hope to return soon.

Great place - would recommend it!

Such a beautiful place in an equally beautiful location. For those who wish to experience the Swiss country side and yet be fairly close enough to cover all the main attractions of the region, look no further. Stayed 5 nights with my family with 2 kids, and everyday was memorable. The house layout is made for the view, and it’s simply unforgettable.. all the basics are in place and more, no complaints there whatsoever.. in fact one would be pleasantly surprised coming here, for the photos just cannot do justice to what one feels here.. keywords: spacious, comfortable, magical, and beautiful. the hosts and manager were wonderful too.. always ready to help with whatever u need may it be home related or otherwise.. thank you for the amazing experience.. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to come back to a serene Swiss paradise at the end of a long day of travel, tourists, and attractions..

we spent a night in the Villa for the Mother's Day in surprise to our mom. The villa is great, a majestic living room and a larger hot tub than anyone imagined. Our mom really enjoyed the surprise and the places were perfect no complaints! Thank you for your warm welcome.

Very large house with nice garden. Flexible host on check-in times. A little renovation of the house wouldn't hurt, but at least it's clean!

The house is very charming and lived in. Room for everyone and the garden is very convenient for children's outdoor games. The surroundings also give a sense of tranquility with walks in the countryside. A few kilometers away you can visit the beautiful chapel of Notre-Dame du Haut by Le Corbusier in Ronchamps. One more must for staying at Bruno's.

We spent the Easter holidays as a family, 7 adults, in the Retreat Lodge Schürmatt. From the beginning, we were thrilled with the decor, location, and amenities. Everything, really everything, was available. Every day we cooked together and all the accessories were available and in very good condition. The view of the Swiss Alps, at different times of the day and weather conditions, is beautiful. The circling, calling kites in the air are a fascinating spectacle for the eyes and ears. The garden invites you to linger and enjoy. Whether sun or shade, there is a pretty place for everyone with matching garden furniture. In the house, too, everyone will find their favorite place to feel good, rest, read, play, enjoy. We all loved it. We'd love to come back. Thanks, Vinzenz!

I have only good things to say about this house in which I spent 3 weeks, as well as its hosts. Everything was easy from start to finish, the hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating, the house is huge and very well located in a very quiet residential area but just a 15-minute walk from the center. The property is spacious, bright, with a very nice veranda for sunny days and a nice garden, in addition to other amenities such as the whirlpool bath and sauna. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy and we had unlimited access to everything for a really very honest price. I recommend this rental 100% and would happily go back :)

We stayed at Patrice's house for an extended weekend (6 adults with 4 children). We all had enough space for retreat and great, large common areas. The generosity of Patrice and his family overwhelmed us very much. So many toys were allowed to be used. For our children it was absolute paradise! The amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and garden were also absolutely fantastic. The pool and garden were a dream. We were able to relax very well and enjoyed the time with Patrice very much. We'd love to come back another time.

We were a family of 13. The house is beautiful, very large and also offers a lot of space outside. For our children, the pool and hot tub were the big highlight. A gas grill is also available, which was large enough for us. The kitchen is generously furnished and at the large dining table (inside and outside) we had plenty of space. Beds are very comfortable. You just have to note that a bedroom does not have its own access, i.e. you have to go through another room. That wasn't a problem for our family. We had some questions for the landlord. He always responded to us very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. With our 4 cars, we had enough space in front of the house. It has two bathrooms. With some planning, however, we managed to pass each other very well. In short: We liked it very much and I would immediately book this house again with such a large group.
