A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Spend the night within historic walls? Enjoy modern comfort? Relax in the sun in the cozy garden? In the immediate vicinity of Park Sansscouci? - All this is available here! A fireplace in the living room with cross vault, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, shower & toilet as well as a guest toilet are spread over 3 floors and over 100 square meters. The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: Eat comfortably outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Bright, friendly place to stay

Beautiful attic room on the second floor of a charming old building in the Potsdam Berlin suburb with mini kitchen, bathroom and private entrance. Located not far from the international art and culture district of Schiffbauergasse, Glienicker Bridge and Heiliger See are also within walking distance. Directly opposite is an S-Bahn stop, with which the historic city center and the train station can be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available along the street.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Apartment at Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

Beautiful quiet apartment in the heart of Potsdam

Cozy 1-room apartment in a quiet location with a large garden on the deep lake in a central location of Potsdam. The apartment is located in the basement of a rear building overlooking the garden on the locked property. The seating areas by the water can all be shared. In the immediate vicinity are many sights of Potsdam, which can be reached on foot. Bus to Berlin and tram to Potsdam and the main train station are practically outside the door.

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Garden house by the park

Kick back and relax in this cozy space. Relax on the lounge terrace surrounded by gardens. Here in the lovingly landscaped greenery you will be awakened by birdsong. In nearby Babelsberg Park, you can not only visit the castle, but also go hiking, jogging, cycling or swimming in the lido. You can also swim in your own pool. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach Potsdam and Berlin thanks to a very good connection.

ART district in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.
