* * Cooking is prohibited due to odor and safety concerns. * * Our accommodation is located on the 5th floor of the Sunrise Hotel in the city center, and you can see Cheongcho Lake and Sokcho city from the balcony. The interior of the accommodation has a very neat and modern atmosphere and uses hotel-style bedding and fixtures. Because the owner washes and manages it himself, I manage bedding, towels, and other various equipment with the mind of my family. There are road shops such as Lotteriana Gimbap Cheonkuk, Starbucks, and Twosome that you can easily eat in the morning around the accommodation.(Breakfast is not provided) Parking is underground 1. 2. It is on the 3rd floor. For free use of the underground parking lot, guests are registering vehicles.When the underground parking lot is full, you can use the nearby public parking lot.(Free parking registration) Check-in is self-check-in (touchpad), and we will notify you of your password by Airbnb message after 2pm on the day of check-in. Nice to meet you:) Today, this is our♥ home Are you planning a pleasant trip? Then come to see the ecstatic ocean view located at Samsung Home Prestige 1st in the center of Sokcho. Our accommodation is located in a location that satisfies sightseeing and relaxation at the same time. It is located in the city center with various amenities, and the central market and rodeo street of food heaven are a 5-minute walk away, and various attractions such as Abai Village, Expo Park, and the beach, which are famous for the squid sundae, are close by, so it is a great location to explore by public transportation without a car. In addition, it is a good view restaurant, so you can enjoy a beautiful night view in the accommodation as an extra:) Our accommodation does not use a cleaning agency, and it is cleaned and managed by my mom, a 39-year-old veteran housewife. I always think that my family uses it and sweeps it, so you don't have to worry about cleanliness.

Where you can see the sunrise from the accommodation ~ The best view The end of the building even on the 19th floor of Sunrise Hotel! ! It's the closest accommodation to the sea You can see the best view. Like other places, I didn't just take a separate picture of the sea background. I even took a picture of the actual porch iron together. You can see the same view as in the picture. There are no suites in the Sunrise Hotel. It's usually a two-person room, but the end room is a suite concept, so the room and living room are separated and can be used spaciously. You can see the southeast veranda view and the east Abai Beach view at the same time. It's a view from the skyscraper, so you can even see the waves. ♡ There is Samsung Home Prestige 1st. 2nd. The second (Sunrise Hotel) is a new building. It's closer to the East Sea and closer to Gatbae Jungang Market. There is another room in the same building. Take a look.

This is a neat and clean accommodation run by Sokcho native couples. There is one room, a kitchen and a spacious living room. It is located in Sokcho Jungang Market, where the Manseok Chicken Gangjeong main store is located. There are plenty of places to eat and see. It is also possible to introduce restaurants that only local residents can know. Since it is an accommodation in the market, there is no separate parking lot. Please use the public parking lot in the market (charged) or the free parking lot at Sokcho City Hall.
