No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Bring a chair and get your feet wet in the waters of the river. There is good road access from the cabin to the river.

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

This property has many walking trails spread out over 5+ acres on the river behind the cabin. You can fish, float, kayak or just relax under the beautiful trees, even stop and have a picnic, if you wish! It's the perfect West Texas retreat!!

Entire 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with private entrance and small fenced yard. Located just off the courthouse square, a short 5 minute walk to the city park and Llano river. Please do not smoke on the entire property. Infants under 2 years old and children over 12 years allowed. Dogs are allowed. Please let me know that you will have a dog. No cats allowed. Clean up after your dog. Bags provided. NO MORE than 5 guests. I offer a single roll away bed fully appointed.
