Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The land is surrounded by fields It includes a terrace, barbecue, deckchairs and a hot tub available from May to September.

Ideal stopover for work or on route to the south and on to Spain; or for longer stays to explore the local area with its' medieval towns and chateaux, apples and madeleines, porcelain, limousin beef and cul noir pigs.

Located in a small peaceful hamlet surrounded by forest, this house is unique and rustic. Between Limoges and Périgueux, on the road to Richard the Lionheart. A sober place without extravagance. For hiking and walking enthusiasts who appreciate simplicity. A return to basics. It may be necessary to feel good, to disconnect from everyday life. There is a key available to close the shelter while you are away. There is also a key box with a code.
