Easily found the house, everything was easy and fast at the reception. The apartment is large, bright, clean. There is everything in the description - I was pleased with water, tea, coffee and sweets! There were four or two adults/2 children, everyone was happy. The pool on the territory is large and clean, my husband went to the hall a couple of times, also satisfied. Great view, good value! We will definitely come back to you.

I had a great stay at the Torch Tower in Dubai Marina. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The view was beautiful, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Marina, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The building is secure, with helpful staff and solid amenities including a gym and pool. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dubai.

Zamil accompanied us from the beginning before our arrival. Everything went very well. The accommodation is very well located. we had a very good week.

Good location because of the metro and the view from the window. 20 minutes walk to the beach. The room itself was very clean. The furniture is not the freshest, but the price is good due to the location and view. I will separately note the refrigerator, which freezes like hell, and when you open the door, it is as if you find yourself in a horror film from the 80s, the light blinks and makes the corresponding sounds. Very atmospheric.

Great value for the price. The place was clean, well-located, and easily accessible to everything you might need. The host was excellent—check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and they consistently checked in to ensure everything was going well.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

Great place to stay. The host was very accommodating with all that requests. The place is the best in Dubai, on the Palm, pool and ocean are 50 meters apart.

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina. Stunning marina view from the living room and the small balcony in the bedroom. Very easy check in, the staff of the building are very friendly. Highly recommended!

I have to say that I went to Dubai during the beginning of summer and it can be hot to go out during day time, But Janara’s place was a good place to chill and relax when your indoor. The accomodation was spacious, the kitchenware was complete and it provided what we needed as we like to cook our own food. The bathroom was clean though the water can be too hot ( just like anywhere in Dubai) , but Janara will instruct you to how to navigate it to a manageable temperature. I was impressed on the day of our check in. We were so tired from our trip in Abu Dhabi and had a late check in around 7pm and we got to Janara’s place and the beds were made, fresh towels were ready and slippers provides for the comfort of our feet. Our over all stay was excellent! I will definetly come back to this place when im visiting Dubai.

Great Apartment - very spacious! We stayed for 9 days in February with a baby (free cot provided) and a 2-year old. Bedroom was big enough to fit 2x cots either side of bed. Also a sofa bed in the lounge. Location is perfect - right next to beach, plus on the plaza level there is a playpark and a swimming pool, a 24h supermarket, and a pharmacy. Also very easy to walk to the Marina which has playparks under the bridges. Would highly recommend!

This is a great airbnb. Tatiana gave a very detailed overview of the building, its amenities and the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped and having a half a bathroom is extremely helpful when there are 2 of you. The apartment needs a bit of work, but nothing major. Its location is definitely one of best features: walking distance to Marks & Spencer Cafe and Food Hall, to Dubai Marina Mall, so many places to eat, to the tram and train and to the BEACH!

We were bringing a team of 14 people from 11 different countries to Dubai for COP28. We stayed in this space and another of Natalia's spaces not far from this one. Natalia was very gracious in accommodating us. The only thing to look out for, which I didn't see when we booked, is that check-in is after 3 pm. We arrived at 8 am and had to go somewhere to hang out, but they allowed us to drop off and store our luggage there. When we went to check out (11 am) I understood how much needed to be cleaned, so I appreciated that they took the time to make the apartment spotless for us. The location is superb. Near eateries, the beach, and the metro system. There are two parking spaces available, which was great as we rented two SUV's for the team. The rooms were lovely, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could need. The Garden was a lifesaver for having additional space to share or getaway.
