Absolute calm in an exceptional setting. In the heart of a shopping village, you feel like you are in the countryside (3000 m² garden). Indoor pool heated to 29° all year round. Many sports activities on the property itself: table tennis, badminton, pétanque, trampoline, bikes (+ others in the village) House for 15 people max.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well.
