The building is located in a modern residential area with a spa, away from the traffic in the city, on a hill with a great view. The apartment is a 1 bedroom, living with kitchen, bathroom and 3 big balcony. Each room is very bright. The apartment is better suited to a couple with a car (it has a garage also).
