Derek was extremely helpful. He was always quick to answer messages, and went out of his way to make our stay easy. Finding the home at night was a little difficult, as the road is very dark, and Google maps didn't get us to the exact right place. Maybe a solar light on the house number on the mailbox on the street would be helpful. People need to understand this is a rural area, so the home, a modular house, has a rural feel to it. The water is well water, so it does have a little bit of a unique taste and smell. Obviously, the house is going through some updating, and I'm sure it will continue to get better. But overall it was well outfitted, clean, and a very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Julie was accommodating with a last minute reservation. The house was perfect for a one night stay for five people. The views were beautiful in the evening. The hot tub was an added bonus.

The Lake House was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless and the decor is gorgeous! Waking up right on the lake was magical and the sunsets blew us away. The back of the home faces sunset which made the evenings so special. Our time on the water was amazing and no one wanted to leave! Aja responded so quickly and had the best demeanor! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!!

Excellent home to host us as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The girls kept ooh-ing and ahh-ing over the cute decor. It's an old home but they've updated it nicely. Host was excellent.

I spent one night at Mark's place while on a maple canyon climbing trip. While I never got the chance to meet Mark in person, the instructions he left for checking in/out were very clear and his place was very easy to find. While the cabin was definitely old, it was extremely well maintained. The kitchen was in great condition and the window AC in the unit had no problem cooling the cabin down at night. Overall I really enjoyed the night I spent at Mark's place and would recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay for a few nights in Ephraim.

This was a perfect little cabin set in the middle of an active farm. When I rode up on my bicycle, I was greeted by baby goats and puppies! The setting is stunning, right under the snowy Deep Creek mountains. The cabin itself was cozy and had everything I needed.

Laraine and her husband were world class hosts. Their property is absolutely stunning and very clearly well loved by their family. I already miss staying there.

The Larson’s were welcoming and kind and the ranch had all we were hoping for and more: quiet, fishing nearby, animals and a fun place to explore. We loved the cowboy setting, it made us want to live in Ephriam. We want to come back in the summer when they train the bulls, and help out on the farm. Thank you, it feels like honest people with American values are less and less common, but we found that here. Would recommend 10/10 especially to people wanting to understand the authentic western way of life.

My family and I are looking at relocating to genola so getting to spend a night in the area was awesome. The home itself is so relaxing and I love all the extra land to let our kids play in. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us

We had a blast! The property was beautiful, the cows were fun to see!

Location honestly can't be beat! The lake is steps from the house and is an amazing view. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked. Host was very responsive and proactive about communicating what to expect with our stay which I really appreciate! Large property, lots of room to play and run outside with lots of shade. The only con was is the amount of spiderwebs inside and outside the house but bugs are always expected with a cabin on a lake. would love to stay again!
