We truly had a lovely time at Parul and it never felt like anything but home. Madhavi mashi is amazing and she hosted us like her family members. The property is extremely well maintained, centrally located within the campus area and the campus spots are at a walkable distance. The food at parul was delicious and I can’t think of any item or meal that we didn’t enjoy. The highlight of the place is the Baithak-khana and it is exactly what you need for a quintessential Bengali adda session. We had a lovely time spending time there. Thanks you for hosting us and letting us be a part of your family ❤️

I stayed for two nights. Honestly i loved the area, its the end plot of the road and so so peaceful. Its 10mins walking from main road. The house is dumped with amenities and games. Name one and u have it. The place has badminton, a telescope, story books, board games sound system, tv amd what not.. just loved this place. If i visit shantiniketan again i will book the place again. Secondly, the rooms were neat and clean, spacious. I went with my 6month old baby and he loved spending time in the spacious house. Kitchen is full of all necessary items. I requested a electruc kettle for my baby which was promptly arranged by Soumyadeep. Thanks a lot for this help. One suggestion is if you can make a store room in the terrace to keep the extra bedding stuffs then it will be perfect. Though it didnt cause any trouble. One liner, awesome place to stay with family or friends.

Your local recommendations were also spot on and helped us to enjoy the trip even better. Though the location is a bit secluded but the property was clean and homely with all the listed amenities.

My stay at this lush green homestay in Shantiniketan was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, this property offered the perfect blend of comfort and nature's charm. The condo is impeccably organised with every possible amenities provided throughtfully by the host. From water purifier, bed broom (bichhana jharar jhnata) to toiletries, mosquito repellents, everything was provided for a hassle-free stay. The kitchen has cup and sacucers sufficient for 6 people. The view from the windows from both the bedroom is serene where you can spot the morning birds pecking and chirping. The lush green paddy fields are also visible from the window. There is a small verandah too where you can sit and sip a cup of tea enjoying the quiteness of nature. The host is extremely helpful and considerate. We had a late night check-in which was absolutely smooth with the cooperation of the host. The host was extremely cordial, kind and helpful with our stay making it an unforgettable experience.

Mr. and Mrs. Sengupta have been the best hosts throughout my Airbnb journey so far. Right from being welcoming to feeding us like we were their own kids, it felt like we were home. Their inclination, fondness, and patronage for the arts, and artists, felt like such a breath of fresh air. They went out of their way to ensure my wife and I are able to see a lot more of Shantiniketan than was promised by the place. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. I'm already making plans to visit the Senguptas again, and hopefully for longer this time, so that we truly get to immerse ourselves in their magical haven.

Positives 1. The property is very well maintained, serene and peaceful, a perfect weekend getaway 2. I loved the individual choices of a few items in the room, specially the first floor of Villa 1 3. Accessibility is brilliant with ample car parking facility and very spacious 4. My family and my pet enjoyed thoroughly walking on the grass lawn 5. Generator and power back up was quite nice Possible things to improve 1. While I understand the rationale of employing natives it is pertinent they understand Bengali quite clearly. 2. There was no TV in either of the rooms in Villa 1 3. Flexibility ( may be due to seasonality ) was quite low on the food menu 4. An Intercom facility would be great to have considering the charges.
