The building is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the train station (Poitiers-Limoges line), the city of writing, a riverside guinguette and the historic city center. Montmorillon is a 15 min drive from Civaux and Lussac les châteaux, and 40 min from Poitiers and its Futuroscope.

Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
