The apartment is a separate three-story building, located on the 1st floor of the apartment (two bedrooms and one living room, separate bathroom). The first floor apartment is accessible, and is a preferred choice for the elderly, children with strollers, or those in wheelchairs. The apartment is quiet, elegant and convenient. Walking distance to food and shopping streets, Japan's largest bank, post office. Instagram-worthy century-old architecture style restaurant to share the joy with the whole family. The nightlife is also colorful. Even in Osaka, this area is very popular. The room is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining table, cutlery, and refrigerator. This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. A guesthouse with the coolest bar counter store. All spaces are reserved. A 2-minute walk from the station, next to FamilyMart. Have a drink at the cafe with a sofa and a double bed. You can enjoy movies, Netflix, youtube and music by connecting it to a PC with a projector and an HDMI cable. A large TV and beaded cushions for a stylish dining room with a kitchen and a relaxing living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. There is also a gas fan heater, so it is warm in winter.
