Villa Serene of Laurel

Fredrika YolandaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The host, Tito, was the greatest. He gave us suggestions for restaurants in the area prior to our stay. He answered our calls every time we called. He even came to the Airbnb to assist us with various things. Tito was very professional and he even knocked at his own house. lol. He was very careful not to disturb us. The house was immaculate. When we walked in, there was soft music playing and the house had a fresh smell. The beds were plush and comfy. Bathrooms were all clean and stocked with what we needed. The dining room and kitchen was stocked with snacks and supplies. The pictures on the site does not serve this place any justice. The 2.5 baths were EXACTLY what we needed. The large living area allowed us plenty of space to play games and do family things. We are already planning a trip back to this property. We will visit again soon. I highly recommend this gorgeous retreat. Thanks to the host for hosting us.

We had a wonderful stay. There was so much for our grandkids to do at the house (ages 10 -17). The house is absolutely beautiful and nice and quiet neighborhood. If I’m ever back in Laurel, this would be where I would want to stay.

Justin was an amazing host. My family really enjoyed our stay there. We played softball all weekend. Everything was perfect, we had zero issues. When I return to play again in a couple months I hope this home is available. Highly recommend this rental for any family that likes a peaceful and private environment. I hate we forgot to sign the guest book.

Charming Historic Laurel Home – Walk to Downtown!

TammyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Carolyn Sue called ahead of our check-in to make sure we had all instructions for checking in and to make herself available for anything we might need. The location made for quick and easy access to all things downtown Laurel. We hoped to walk from the house down 5th Ave to take in all the home sites, but it rained most of the weekend. The beds were comfy and so clean. We enjoyed our family girls weekend so very much.

Harrington House: comfort, convenience, and charm

LauraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My sisters and I had a great stay! There were 5 of us, so the fact that it had 5 bedrooms was excellent. It was very spacious, but cozy at the same time. The yard landscape was beautiful! Mature trees and plants made it feel so homey. The only drawback was that the water didn't stay very hot, but everything else really made for a fun stay!
A well-appointed bedroom features a four-poster bed with crisp white bedding and a soft teal throw blanket. A bedside lamp offers warm illumination, while sheer curtains frame a window allowing natural light. A patterned armchair adds to the room's charm, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Comfortable Studio-clean safe quiet relaxing place

WendellRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Just as advertised! The area is beautiful, the room was clean, and you feel like you can relax there. Russ was friendly and responsive. It’s at their home but the access and stay felt both private and easy. The site is minutes from downtown Laurel which is the quintessential Southern smaller town with lots of great eateries, shopping, and other experiences. I was in town for a wedding and had a great time and enjoyable stay at Russ and Terri’s.

Cute place tucked away from any busy roads. Cathy was very responsive and did everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only downside was that there was not a lot of places to put your clothing if you are planning on staying longer than a few nights.

Liz was an extremely helpful and informative host! Her place had a delightful charm, was extremely walkable to downtown Laurel, very quiet, and was comfortable for us and our dogs. Lastly. Liz was extremely accommodating to our arrival time and communicated promptly. This helped us to enjoy as much as we could in our quick stay. We would gladly stay here again should we find ourselves in Laurel.

Riverfront Cabin w/ Outdoor Oasis in Seminary!

SarahRating, 5 stars3 months ago
What a serene location and well appointed cabin! My little family enjoyed every bit of the property and cabin. My 2 year old tromped the yard, played in the fort, dug in the sand, constructed with the toy trucks provided, and enjoyed the play kitchen in addition to exploring the loft upstairs. There were so many places and spaces to relax and take in God’s creation. We will definitely be back!

Cottage at Fairhope Bluff

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My family and I cant say enough about this cabin. Within the first 10 minutes of being there we knew that it would not be our first and last trip there. The camp is secluded and quiet. The exterior is nice and what you would imagine a cabin to look. The interior is modern and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. The beds were comfortable but the highlight for us was the back porch. It is fully screened including under the floor boards so mosquitoes were not a problem unlike most scenarios in south Mississippi, especially close to water. The bluetooth stereo on the back porch was really nice and the tunes combined with the flowing water of the leaf river made for a care free relaxing stay. We look forward to booking again in the near future.

Cabins on the Creek

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Small, quaint little cabin. it was quiet and serene with lots of birds and plenty of privacy. the sound of the water roaring by was pleasant. the inside was nice. there is a satellite dish for tv and a nice working A/C. the micro fridge is small but it helped our entire weekends things. we did bring a cooler for our drinks though. there wasnt many paper towels or other small complimentary kitchenware. we only had a couple issues. my main one was the mosquitoes! so many of them. I felt like I was being swarmed and stayed with a fire for the smoke to clear them out. thankfully we brought out own citronella candle and bug spray. plenty of other bugs but those were the biggest pests. also, we were out of power for 2.5 hours. everything was out of the hosts' hands though. she communicated quickly too.
