Excellent place to stay with family and/or friends, very quiet and private to spend a quality time, always very friendly and helpful.

Dream vacation. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and safe. Mago (cook), Miriam (cleaning), and Gustavo (grounds) are absolutely lovely. Kind, helpful, thorough, and eager to meet our every need; even willing to go above and beyond! Mago prepared delicious meals to-order, every room in the house was cleaned daily, and the grounds were prepared each morning for our enjoyment. We loved the deliciously warm pool, and enjoyed the theatre room every evening. This was the ultimate relaxing getaway. We only wish we had more reasons to return to this incredible place.

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

Everything is good. Excellent service from Juan and attentive at all times. The view is very beautiful and the house is spacious! Just pay attention to check-in and check-out times when requesting the accommodation, as well as pay attention to the rules of the place and extra costs. But overall, it was a good experience!

This place is great if you’re planning on visiting Las Estacas. The home is spacious and parking is easy. Just make sure to have your QR code ready because there is a guard at the entrance of the community. We came in May and found it to be sweltering hot, and this house does not have AC, so something to keep in mind.

I spent some amazing days at Michel's house, which is also super equipped, he and the staff who support him are very friendly and are always attentive to any request. I highly recommend it

Everything is excellent, the photos and description match 100%, the property is very nice and the view is amazing. The only two points against would be that the streets to get there are a bit ugly, but it's something that has nothing to do with the accommodation, it's just a fact. And as a second point, the property on the map within the app was displayed to me on one side of the lake, that location is known to not be exact but approximate, and the location of the app map with the actual accommodation is a bit far away, it's a different one. But otherwise, it was great, very close to everything by car, and Mr. Flavio, who let us into the property, was always very attentive. Of course I'd come back. 👌🏽

The house is very nice and spacious, super clean, it has several bathrooms, the pool is great and Luis' prompt response made it easier.

Yasser communicated with us all the time in a very agile way, he gave us recommendations to go out to eat very good food and was always attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything went very well.

The property is very conveniently located, beautiful lake views, gardens, palapa, swimming pool and excellent soccer field, impeccable maintenance. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccable and comfortable. Something to highlight in a very special way is the warm treatment of Gustavo and his family, always willing to help, I am extremely grateful to them and the hosts, I always felt at home.

The attention from the hosts from before the reservation until the end of our holidays were the best, the house was very nice, quiet, clean, had everything to cook, the bathroom was very spacious, it had climate in the room which allowed us to sleep phenomenal, the pool was clean, the common areas are cozy and our pet really enjoyed them, they made us feel at home, the house had a clubhouse near which access was shared and the area was very nice, they were great hosts, always aware of what we needed, very friendly and friendly at all times, I highly recommend them…… of our reservations on airbnb have been the best hosts….

Everything was perfect during my stay, the service of those who take care of the house was exceptional, it should be noted that there were some details that were covered by me in full, I would definitely rent again, I hope to return soon.

Alfredo was very kind and let us in before the scheduled time, the house is beautiful and the view of the lake is amazing, from there you can see the sunset. I love that it has a ping-pong table and the rooms inside are very nice.
