The place is about 15 minutes from downtown Joinville, but it is easy to access by car. The place is a house that has been divided into several spaces. It was clean and well maintained, the stay was peaceful.

For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

The house is beautiful, very well equipped and is a very clean and organized house, we appreciate the owner's attention and availability in answering all our questions, congratulations.

Great location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I talked to the host, but some things we found in the apartment. Worn bedding, and there was 1 duvet with holes. Broken glass shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

The stay was great and the host was always very attentive to every detail, I would definitely come back more often!!

The ranch has a complete infrastructure, the accommodations are very comfortable and the place has a peace and tranquility that makes us not want to leave. When we can, we'll be back for sure!! We stayed with the family and everything was more than perfect, an unforgettable weekend!!

Joice loved its very beautiful and neatly organized space too. Perdendo returned more often , there is a beach very close to 15 me beautiful beach with several stalls with food and seafood fish I loved , the very quiet apartment is residential, every night we walk with my very quiet Pet Av.
