Check-in was fuss-free as instructions given were clear. And the apartment is as per the pictures posted. Kids love it here coz legos were provided to keep them entertained!😊

Hosts were very clear with the check in instructions a couple of days before our trip, much appreciated as it’s my first time booking an AirBnb. Very simple and straightforward, staff Ellia met us at the guardhouse and she was really friendly and nice. The apartment was super clean and spacious, more than enough space for my parents and me. It’s on the 39th floor with an amazing unblocked view to catch the sunset everyday. Huge windows in the rooms. TV was a little small but we didn’t mind it at all. Even though the apartment is a little more on the older side, everything works perfectly fine. There’s so many food shops just downstairs where we had our breakfast, lunch and dinner. So many convenience stores too. Location is convenient to book a Grab to go anywhere you want. Highly recommended especially if you’re on a budget but want to stay in a convenient, semi-luxurious condo with an incredible view!

Warm & cozy apartment. Loved that it was clean and had many basic amenities provided. Instructions were placed all over the apartment for easier navigation & sockets were conveniently installed at common spaces. Overall, a really good place to stay & would definitely come back again!

overall was a good stay.. only the swimming pool facility is closed the only i book here is for swimming pool for my kids.. end of the day it was all good my kids do have a peaceful sleep and clean place . important easy access and not like most place with too much nozy procedure and question. The house is easy to navigate, and the host provided very clear instructions. It’s very clean, and all the furniture is in great condition. Parking is convenient and can accommodate two cars. I highly recommend this homestay to others.

Hosts are very friendly, helpful. and flexible. Nice view overlooking the beach and we had the chance to watch fireworks from the balcony. House is very clean except for a bit of foul smell from the common bathroom. Big TV, comfortable recliner sofas, well maintained A/C, microwave and fridge. Across the road, located the Beletime gate 3 and 4 (3mins walk). Extended a night with flexible rate as we wanted to leave late night. From check-in to check-out, everything was very seemless with clear instructions. We had a pleasant stay! Thank you for hosting us..

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Jhoho Baru with my two kids. The kids didn't want to leave. The host responded immediately to our needs, and the house was clean and easy to use.

The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
