Dina’s place was amazing. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults 2 kids, and the driveway in the compound is large enough to park 2 cars. The amenities in the house were great, TV and Internet works well and the swimming pool was nice good size for the kids to enjoy. Overall a private, safe, quiet estate with security guards on duty. Dina is also very responsive and generous - we had a whole complimentary cake waiting for us! Overall great stay. Will recommend.

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

Wonderful stay at the double story house. Adequate beddings for two families. Good security as it is the first unit after the guard house. Clear instructions given and host is very responsive. Superb. However, the ground floor feels warm in the daytime as there is no aircon on ground floor. The children enjoyed playing at the pool table too.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Having stayed at a couple of Airbnbs in Malaysia, this is easily one of the best accommodations, hands down. From the responsive and friendly hosts, to the spotless and well-designed house, we felt right at home immediately upon checking in. While other previous accommodations have felt sterile (i.e. really just a place to stay in) , the Grove House stands out with its warm touches like providing toiletries and towels, and all necessary kitchenware. Special thanks also to the hosts for being quick to update and even gave us a bottle of wine to apologise for the late check-in due to a delay in cleaning. When we accidentally left a cooler bag with items in the fridge and left JB, they were also kind enough to help us keep it at their office for us to pick up the week after. Minor point (not the fault of the hosts!) is that is surroundings may be noisy (e.g. when cars drive past, dogs barking), but they have provided ear plugs for those who need it. We will be back the next time in JB!

A perfect place for our first ever PongKang Sportsfest. The place had the amenities as described- basketball, badminton, billiards, football table, darts, and many more other small games. It’s a new place. Lights all over the house and garden. Michelle and Alex are one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They’re very responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back to this place soon. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

Tbh, it was better than expected. The place was clean and the rooms were big and spacious enough for all of us. The entertainment that was in the house also brought a lot of fun to us. Wished we have more time and stayed for more days!

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Fu is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all hé know about the area. We had a great stay!

First of all, Terence is very very active and responsive! This makes everything so much smoother and easier! Unit is directly above Paradigm Mall! Just tap out and it is at the UG level in Paradigm Mall. Super convenient! Instructions for checking in and out is very clear and easy to understand. Place is clean and tidy and exactly the same as the photographs illustrated. Will definitely come again! Thanks Terence!

Great view of the sea, never expect the view was great. Big balcony. Lv 32. Tricky in finding the block, as most of the security guard cannot speak English or BM. Busy area as construction was going on. Even though we driving, but we took grab to move around, as no Halal or fast food restaurants at R&F Princess cove. (Sorry if there is, as I cannot locate any fast food chains during my stay there.) There 711, Jaya Grocer and Mama Shops for you to buy your essential items. Overall what Mr Teo advertised on his Air BNB 💯 % accurate.

This place is clean and location wise is very central, near KSL and Pelangi Plaza. About 5 minutes drive away from JB immigration. The large sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable and can accommodate few persons sit around and chit chat. The facilities were great and we had fun at the Karaoke.

Happy staycation with my family at Yen Fook's Airbnb. Grabbing around is super convenient. Host was responsive and friendly too.

Room is very clean and tidy.

One of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, very clean, very good hot shower with no problems with enough hot water. It’s one of the few places that the air conditioning was so good that we had to turn it right down and still had a comfortable room temperature. Excellent towels and bedding. Kitchen fully functional and they have a washing machine outside as well as mops brooms etc. The view was brilliant. Right over the link Bridge to Singapore. We were intrigued by the traffic flow situation on the causeway. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks to owner for making such a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a very cozy, welcoming feel. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the attention to detail in every room. This is our 3rd stay here and it was always comfortable for our family. Location is very close to Southkey mall and quite many food options just around the condo. Check in was easy and straightforward. Beds were comfy, sheets were clean. Toilets were clean and disposable toothbrush were provided. Decent size pool and gym for the condo facilities.

It was a very good stay, my family and I enjoyed the circus themed stay, we also took a lot of beautiful pictures. Not only was the host responsive but also recommended nearby restaurants for us. They also provided snacks for kids, which was very thoughtful of them. The customer service is very responsive and polite. Overall it was worth the money and a good stay.

집처럼 편안한 숙소네요. 간이 건조기가 있어서 세탁물 건조가 쉽네요. 정수기나 정수필터가 있으면 더 금상첨화겠고 개미등 일부 벌레가있으나 호스트가 즉각 해결해주고 열대지방에서 벌레는 어쩔수 없는거라 생각됩니다

I stayed there with my son from May 28,2025 for 5 days. I must say the minute you walk into the apartment, it feels like home. Very neat, not cluttered. I love the green plants in the unit and of course the fish tank. Dan has been very helpful and respond to all my messages very fas, though we didn't get to meet on arrival. He has very unique collection of comic book characters which I enjoyed looking at them.😊😊 Oh, by the way, you need to water the plants and feed the fish while staying there.😊 We are glad to have chosen his home as our holiday getaway. We will definitely return Dan. Thank you very much for your hospitality. See you again in the near future.🙏

이번 여행에서 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 먼저 호스트 분이 너무 친절하셨어요. ㅎㅎ 문의사항이 있을 때마다 빠르게 답장을 주셔서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 개인 사정으로 인해 체크아웃 시간을 조금 늦춰야 했는데, 흔쾌히 가능하다고 해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 이런 배려 덕분에 여유롭게 여행을 마무리할 수 있었습니다. 숙소 상태도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 방이 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고, 냄새도 없이 쾌적해서 들어서는 순간부터 기분이 좋았어요. 에어컨도 잘 작동해서 더운 날씨에도 시원하게 지낼 수 있었고, 수건이나 이불 등 기본적인 준비도 아주 잘 되어 있었습니다. 무엇보다 좋았던 점은 세탁기가 있다는 것이었는데, 장기 여행 중이라 빨래 걱정이 있었는데 이 덕분에 정말 편하게 해결할 수 있었습니다. 주변 환경도 조용하고 안전해서 밤늦게 들어와도 전혀 불안하지 않았고, 위치도 관광지와 가까워 이동이 편리했어요. 전반적으로 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 다음에도 다시 이용하고 싶을 정도로 좋은 기억만 남았습니다. 좋은 숙소 제공해주셔서 감사합니다! 🙂

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.
