Located in the settlement of Shalafim at the foot of the Gilboa in the heart of the Maayanot Valley, which is full of springs and many spectacular water sources. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds. On the first floor: * Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with exit to a spacious and furnished indoor balcony. *3 bedrooms (one of the rooms is a safe room) + family corner with exit to the outdoor balcony + guest toilet + bathroom. Second floor: A luxurious suite + an attached bathroom, with an exit to a private balcony overlooking a spectacular panoramic view.

The perfect place for a family reunion or few friends spending time together. The house has a safe room that is open also for guests that stay in the rental units downstairs.
