This is our favorite place to stay when we go and visit Peru. It is absolutely perfect; especially if you are traveling with a few couples. Each room upstairs has its own full bathroom which is a huge plus. There are plenty of great places to eat within walking distance and only a 10 minute ride or drive to the busier parts of town. We will be definitely staying here again on our next visit. Gracias Miguel!

The best place to stay, Claudia is an excellent host with very cordial and friendly treatment, the house is wonderful, 100% recommended. I took my one-year-old son and I loved the house from the moment we arrived. We were close to restaurants and the location was close to everything. The garden of the house is wonderful, I will be back very soon.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

We stayed in Jackeline's apartment and from the beginning we felt very comfortable. The place is well laid out, it is very cozy and has all the necessary amenities to make our stay even more pleasant. The apartment's location was key, as it allowed us to move without problems to all the places we wanted to visit. In addition, the building where it is located has a security and cleaning service for common areas, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. My son and I had a lovely week staying at Luz's apartment. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There is a beautiful part just across the street. Lots of places to eat in the area. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

Everything was excellent, Jose was attentive and clear with the directions. The only small detail is that the curtains in the room do not close completely; other than that, it is just like the photos. A comfortable and great location.

I live in Peru and booked this place for my mom from Korea. We always use Jose's house as our first choice. (That's why I have more reviews) It was the cleanest and best maintained Airbnb I've ever used. There is a restaurant, a large shopping mall, and a large grocery store nearby, and there is a grocery store on the first floor of the apartment, so you can buy the necessary ingredients and water from time to time! There is also a Starbucks and Papa John's Chinawok right under the apartment! I would definitely recommend it. The security is also perfect. It's really safe for a middle-aged Asian woman who doesn't speak Spanish at all. The San Felipe Residence right in front has a lot of people walking as a family until late.
