Large enough for car and trailer. Lock up for bicycles on request. Extra towels for lake or local hot pools swimming are available.

Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Take a break Taupo

This studio is located in a quiet cul de sac close to the lake. The studio is light and airy set in pretty gardens. You will have your own entrance with patio space to sit and enjoy a drink or have a BBQ. We are a 10 minute walk to the lake and a 6 minute drive to town. There is parking for one vehicle or plenty of parking on the road. The Studio has a kettle, toaster, and microwave. There is no oven or cooking facilities other than microwave or BBQ. BBQ must be cleaned after use.

Semi detached sunny compact studio joined to main dwelling by deck located on our lifestyle section. Studio has a deck divided from the main dwelling by a screen for privacy. Private entrance/lock box. Kitchenette, continental breakfast provisions on first morning supplied - microwave available (no stove top or oven) . There is a TV with chrome cast only. There is no free to air TV, Netflix etc). Off street park. You will need a car as there is no public transport.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town! Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 5. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided.
