Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

Settle into this charming home composed of two fully renovated houses with a beautiful new indoor pool heated year-round in an old barn. It is ideally located in the countryside at the gates of Champagne (20 minutes from the first cellars and 45 minutes from Epernay and its Avenue de Champagne), 30 minutes from Provins, 1 hour from Disneyland Paris, 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The Annex and its year-round heated POOL is a charming cottage with industrial decor, fully equipped, very pleasant for spending time with family or friends. Bedrooms with private shower room, walk-in shower, large beds made on arrival. The Annex is offered with access to the indoor pool heated to 29°. A large terrace to enjoy the sun with garden furniture, swing and barbecue. Atypical indoor games room for kids to enjoy.

Relax in a cozy and refined atmosphere, just 10 min. from the medieval city of Provins! When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed). Also linen is provided (sheet + towels). Finally, the chalet is fully equipped and has WiFi. 🐶🐱 Animaux bien élevés acceptés.

You will appreciate the property for its indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, as well as the Jacuzzi, for its animals, its green garden, its stones, its beams, its cobblestones. All in a friendly village and with all the comforts to relax. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
