We are 8 minutes from the main park, near the La Valdivia hotel. We have a river inside the property where you can cool off and breathe fresh air, 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, the first bedroom has 1 queen size bed and two single beds and the second with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. We have a fully equipped kitchen.

It is a private Cabaña for couples built on a 20.000m2 beautiful private land. Built in bambu and located on the tourist corridor of Jardìn, Cabaña is close to many Jardìn's places of interest : la Cascada de Amor, Charco corazòn, el tunel de murcielagos and la Garrucha. Cabin for two people, 10 minutes by vehicle from the main park (2.5 km). It is a quiet, cozy place, ideal for rest, where you can disconnect from the city, wake up to the sound of birds chirping and enjoy nature. It has a comfortable space, a 1.60-meter bed, free parking, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with hot water, a work space, a laundry area with a washing machine, a refrigerator, a sound baffle, and a Smart TV with Direct TV and Wi-Fi.

The house is in an excellent location two blocks from the park, with an exceptional landscape on the third floor, from where you can see towards the southwest the Monte de La Mama, the Palo Cabildo, Quebradona, La Estrella and Las Playas del Río Piedras trails. The house is located in the Normal sector, two blocks from the entrance to the Las Nubes Nature Reserve, near the Botanical Garden and the Morro del Salvador, among other places of interest.

Upon arrival, we will find two ramps that will take us to the accommodation and the vehicle parking lot. Our apartments are inside the parking lot, a different place that you will like. 19% (VAT) is charged. Already included in the price.

My small place is on the second floor: it has a quiet atmosphere, is bright with balconies and beautiful views of our mountains. I invite you to visit my space. Very important, I must specify to all our guests that from July 8, 2025 until the end of October, the street will be very busy with vehicular traffic since the main road has problems and will be under repair.
