Großzügige Doppelhaushälfte mit Wohnhaus des Eigentümers direkt nebenan. Insgesamt ca. 80-90m² Wohnfläche. Zwei separate Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett sowie einem Kinderbett/Gitterbett. Es können bis zu 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind untergebracht werden. Innenhof & Gartenmitbenutzung sind immer möglich. WLAN und zwei LCD-TVs sind vorhanden. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in den Harz sehr nah. Das Haus liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Sackgasse. Kann auch für Monteure/Geschäftsaufenthalte genutzt werden.

Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich 12 km südlich der Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Das alte, circa 90 m2 grosse Haus wurde von uns liebevoll renoviert und der Charakter dabei weitgehend erhalten. In der unteren Etage befinden sich eine Wohnküche mit Sitzmöglichkeit für 6 Personen, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Wohnzimmer, in der oberen Etage zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie unser Wohnhaus, so dass wir bei Fragen zur Verfügung stehen.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... We are happy to welcome guests from everywhere!

Gelegen inmitten von Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern lässt sich hier umgeben von unseren Schafen, Lamas, Esel und Katzen Ruhe und Erholung geniessen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Dachkoje ( Deckenhöhe maximal 150 cm) mit 3 Betten. Ausserdem könnte man auch im Wohnzimmer auf dem Schlafsofa ( 2 Personen) schlafen. Draussen gibt es auch ein Saunahäuschen.

Das ca. 200jährige Haus besteht aus zwei Ferienwohnungen (Maison Cyriax und Maison Harzliesel) und bietet bis zu 8 Erwachsenen bequem ein zuhause. Das Haus soll ein Andenken an meine Grosseltern Else und Helmuth Cyriax sein, die in diesem Haus ihr Leben verbracht haben. Das Haus steht in Harzgerode - direkt im Ortskern. Wir haben es mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und freuen uns nun über nette Gäste.
