Our guesthouse is in an area known for its lofty view in Jerash; The Green Mountain-Jabal AlAkhdar. Topping the Roman city and the downtown which is only 15 minutes away walking distance, or 5 mins by car. The cottage and its utilities( Private Toilet and a Kitchenette) in our home's backyard are made for our guests to spend a pleasant stay connected with nature, and a bonfire is set in the front lawn to give the authentic vibes of Jerash city. Breakfast is served on the house, Welcome!
“It is very stylish to stay in the Gardenhouse. If you have a rented car you can park it in front of Aboods house and it will be safe. It was one of our most comfortable stays in Jordan, there was hot water a heater and also the possibility to cook tea. We ate breakfast in the garden with magnificient view of Jerrash.”
Hi! I’m Toqa and I manage this property for my family.I’m fluent in English-Arabic,This is a great opportunity to rent a local property in Jerash not far from some of the best preserved Roman ruins in the world,as well as the famous Ajloun Castle in the neighboring city of Ajloun.I think you’ll like our apartment, as It’s reasonably priced and ideal for foreign travelers in need of an English-speaking host. It’s also the closer property to the ruins .If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
“Big apartment, easy to find (with the link that Toqa sent us), very warm welcome with Tocas father, brother and herself. Everybody did its best for our confort. The place is around 1,5 Km from the roman site and 2 km from downtown. So its not noisy and easy to park our car. Toqa helped us for the diner reservation in the ´Lebanese house, probably the best restaurant in town. (Take the menu for 18JOD only if you are really hungry. It’s a lot. Some cold and hot appetizers will be enough for a normal appetit. The libanese redwine was good even for us frenchies.) We had a nice breakfast just 500 m from the house. Thanks Toqa!”
Quite neat place for couples
“House is well equipped with a washing machine, full kitchen, balcony and all little details. Clean and when we arrived the brother came outside to show us the place and giving us the keys. However after check-in we were called that he made a mistake and the booking was not on my name anymore. Because I was persistent the other two German guests in front of the entrance were send away, which is a real pity for them. Probably he made a double booking for both of us. We enjoyed our stay which was a 5-10min drive from the main entrance of the Jerash site.”
