전철 인천대입구역에서 5분이내 도보거리. 숙소는 송도 멋진 건물들을 바라보는 뷰 좋은 곳에 위치해 있어 멋진 건물에 사시는 분들보다 뷰가 멋집니다. 39층이고 본인이 사용한 관리비는 따로 청구됩니다.그 대신 비슷한 송도내 숙소보다 저렴하여 관리비추가부담해도 게스트에게 유리합니다. 예상금액은 봄.가을 월10만원선.겨울.여름.17만원선이며 본인이 쓰기나름입니다.24시간 에어컨을 가동한다면 더 나올 수도 있습니다. 침대는 미국 슈퍼싱글침대로 더블보다 약간 작습니다.매트는 럼멜매트로 최상급매트사용합니다. 시트는 호텔시트사용합니다.
