It is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation to the entrance. There is a parking space, a playground, and exercise equipment right in front of the property, making it a great place for children and adults to relax. There are convenience facilities such as marts, cafes, and snacks within a 1-minute walk. There is also Bukhang Hoe Center within a 10-minute walk and Mokpo Station within a 20-minute walk. There is a police station right next to it, so the security is good.
