It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. Located just around the corner from The Grand Canyon Loop Walk, Cliff Top Walk and Walls Cave and close to Bridal Veil Falls, A Bower Above is a delightful spot for two. Quiet and on the edge of town, this property with it’s main house and two private accommodations, is an acre and a quarter and was originally farmland and the produce store for Blackheath. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only five minutes to town, it's a place to help you rest, explore and reconnect.
