You'll have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom, there is an entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the option of sleeping 1-2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the option to store things in the refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 portable hot plate and 2 small pots, as well as 1 oven. No frying is allowed in the room. Lovely large living room with 1 playstation2 for the kids. Bathroom and living room renovated in 2020. Good large garden with south facing terrace with garden table and barbecue. The house is located about 14 km from Legoland Billund and about 8 km to Givskud zoo. Good opportunities for fishing in the area in put and take lakes. Soccer golf. There is wifi and Chrome cast

Beach cottage, unique location

Unique and charming beach cottage on the waterfront overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and Lillebælt. Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

From here, views of Vejle Fjord, Bølgen and Vejle city. 10 minutes' walk to the city center. In the apartment's large kitchen/living room, there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. The apartment's other balcony has evening sun and views towards the city. Both bathrooms have a shower and underfloor heating. There is an elevator and free parking.

Visit the babbling brook, sail on Fårup lake, the kings' Jelling, go to Legoland or Givskud. Everything in close proximity to the cottage. Here, you can really recharge your batteries. Parking is 500 meters from the cabin on the parking lot. At the cabin there is a luggage cart that can be used.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
