New renovated cottage with panoramic views of the Limfjord. The house is located in a quiet summerhouse area on a large nature plot with its own path to the water. The view is unique over the Limfjord with Venø on the horizon. The house contains 3 rooms, open kitchen and living room, bathroom and a large conservatory. Surrounding the house is a large wooden deck with several groups of outdoor furniture. The beach alternates between stone and sandy beach. A few meters out is purely sand. The water is often calm and very clear.

The house is 150m2 and has 2 double bedrooms, 1. bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Lovely bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a lovely living room and with exit to dining area.

The apartment is 55 m2 large and contains a large living room, with sofa bed, a bright kitchen in self-contained niche, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the apartment there are nice views of the fjord and only 200 meters to "own" beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or bring your own. The entire apartment is newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.

The cottage, which dates back to 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47m2 it also appeals to boyfriend trips, friend weekends, and time alone. Price includes electricity.
