The house is beautiful have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing fun stay away from home. Would definitely book this house again.

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

If you value coziness, warm and inviting environment, responsive, friendly, and attentive host then Cozy House will not disappoint. From the moment you start communicating with Vera she lets you know you’re in great hands. She wants your stay to be the best possible. I highly recommend you spend few minutes reading about Vera and her family history. Only then you’ll understand Cozy House was decorated with love, with family in mind. The location couldn’t be better, safe, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, within minutes from all the amenities and lakes. My family and I enjoyed every moment and created lasting memories together!

We enjoyed our stay at Edwin's house. It was well appointed and clean. Edwin was very responsive to any questions we had. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit with our family. Thanks for being a great host!

Great hosts! Responsive, helpful, and kind. My family had a great weekend over Memorial Day. The weather was on the cold and rainy side for this time of year but the basement had all the kids fully entertained! I highly recommend their place for families. We had a few ping pong championships along with PAC Man last man standing tournaments. The location for local hikes and neighborhood amenities is perfect.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

Our family spent an idyllic 4 days at Pickle Farm!! Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful historic farmhouse with modern updates. We did not want for anything! Communications with host and property manager were perfect. I would go back this weekend if I could!! (Whoever is there in the next week will be treated to a spectacular show of daffodils and tulips!!)

My family and I had an amazing stay at Michael's place! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and with great detail. Michael's communication was not only quick but also warm and courteous, making me feel welcome even before we arrived. The accommodation itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Michael even went the extra mile by providing local recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Sunrise Lakehouse had amazing views! House was clean, had lots & lots of amenities, kitchen was well stocked, tons of family games, & beds were very comfy. The pool table & movie theatre was a huge hit. The hosts provided very detailed info & stayed in touch just to make sure everything was good. They responded extremely quickly whenever we reached out. Highly recommend this house to all those looking to spend some time in the area. Thank you for sharing your home! We had a wonderful time!

One of my favorite Airbnbs! The house was so cute and perfectly decorated. The paddle boat and paddle board are perfect for a hot day, and the sauna is great for chilly nights. Sergey was such a nice and responsive host as well. Will definitely book again!

I cannot thank Rick enough for the use of his beautiful, fun home with gorgeous views! I rented the house for the weekend for my husband’s 60th with his 3 friends and it was perfect despite the weather. They loved it! Rick was extremely communicative and offered a lot of information as well. Highly recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

The space was exactly as-advertised in the pictures: well-kept and well-appointed, located in a serene and peaceful location in the countryside. Check-in and check-out were very simple, and we had everything we need for our stay including a useful guide to the home and some local activities. The home itself was a great blend of rustic and modern and had more amenities than we could imagine. We especially appreciated the spacious, warm, and well-equipped kitchen. Definitely worth staying if you are looking for a getaway to the Hudson River Valley!

Every single detail has been carefully considered—from the beautifully designed interior to the incredibly functional layout and thoughtful amenities. It’s clear that a lot of heart and intention went into creating this space. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bed was super comfortable, and the little touches (like quality toiletries, snacks, and so many appliances) made it feel more like a boutique hotel than an Airbnb. The VIEW, lighting, decor, and atmosphere made it instantly feel like home, and I found myself wishing I could stay longer. Arlo was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and you can tell he really wants you to feel right at home. This is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

This place is a 10 out of 10! Such a beautiful home that is extremely spacious, comfortable, great views and so much more. We had such a relaxing and great time! Would def recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway at a gorgeous lake house. The home came with every amenity you could need, was very clean and looked just as good as the pictures online, if not even more stunning in person. The host was very polite, kind and thorough in everything that is including with the home. Made sure check in went smoothly and was available if needed throughout the stay.
