Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. Simply furnished, but comfortable. Coffee maker (Keurig) and coffee. AC, Microwave and Refrigerator. Wifi . TV with basic cable. Pets Welcome.

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Minutes away from the DuBois airport, Penn Highlands Hospital, and Penn State DuBois campus. Just twenty minutes from Treasure Lake Resort. Not far from the Kinzua Bridge and the Benezette Elk Viewing Area. Many other State Parks and several local wineries are additional attractions in this area.

This is camping with four solid walls, door, and ceiling. Your own private get away with nature on 50 acres. Suggest head lamps. No electricity, no linens, no phone service. For your convenience there is a composting toilet inside, a 3 gallon thermos with potable water, and a wood stove for heat and to cook on as well as a one burner propane. Picnic table and small fire pit outside.
