Monthly Rentals in Javalí Viejo

While visiting Murcia we decided to stay in the La Nora neighborhood which is just a few KM away. This spacious apartment was very clean and comfortable, unique and enjoyable. It is a unique apartment because it was previously a rooftop patio that was converted into a 3 bedroom home. The two bedrooms which are located on the other side of the open-air patio each had their own mini-split HVAC which made those rooms nicely warm on the cold night we were in town. There was free parking located just a few meters from the apartment. We were so happy to see a local 3 Kings parade that was passing the street next to ours. Characterful traditional house and beautiful swimming pool. Outdoor BBQ facility was wonderful. Folding bikes were good, and the house is close to a great cycle track. Alfonso was most helpful and always responsive when we had a query.

We were unable to stay due to a mistake on the dates.

Apartment just as is in the pictures. Nice, comfortable, renovated, and very clean. It has pretty much everything. The rest is good since you can't hear any noise. It is a bit depressed area because it has no environment but it is very easy to park and it is very close to Murcia city.
