Good stay, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and cozy apto! It has c/c and blackout in the rooms/living room, ensuring comfort and privacy. Spacious cabinets, comfortable sofa and TV with multiple channels. Check-in was quiet, registration at the fast entrance. Parking in the garage in front of the elevator, view to the airclub is amazing! Great location, close to Bauru Shop and leisure. Attention: Windows/balcony without protective screen and beds leaning against the windows require child care. Auxiliary bed does not open total due to lack of space (shown in the photos). The village served for my 2 year old daughter, but does not accommodate an adult in comfort. Garage entrance is narrow, it can be difficult to maneuver large car. Inconvenients: We arrived and the ap was dusty, only 4 towels for 5 people, sheet looked used, hairs in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper almost at the end, trash bin and dirty washing machine. I spoke with the host, sent photos and he was thoughtful. The city offered new cleaning, but I solved it on account. Despite this, the stay was great and we would return!

I had a great stay. The loft is cozy, spacious and functional. It has a very good kitchen. I was very well served by Gilberto and Rodrigo.

It's already my second stay in this apartment from Denise, I really like her hospitality, very helpful and attentive by message! It even helped me with other questions about the city! The ap is very clean and organized! There have been several improvements since the other time I went, very well equipped! The building is also very safe and has a 24-hour concierge! I went quietly to the mall and other establishments! Only caveat is that the night can be a little noisy for those who are light sleepers and are not very bright (to study with books for example, force the view)! Other than that, I recommend it to anyone, solo travel, group or families!

The location is perfect, there's everything nearby, from supermarket to restaurants and more. The apartment has necessary utensils, comfortable beds. Only the bathroom box that does not have a side of the door, hence the floor was all wet outside. Quiet and safe building.

Paulo was always very attentive from our arrival to our checkout! Always helpful with everything we need. Your accommodation is beautiful, super clean, close to everything! We loved staying there and highly recommend it!

I stayed with my family on the Easter holiday, the house is exactly as the photos show, super cozy place for you to feel at home anyway. The house offered bedding, bath, blankets, all clean and super organized. It has a washer if you need it. And we also received a treat from the host and also several tips for tours and places to visit. It really was all wonderful and for sure if we go back to the city we will stay in the same house. Cor made everything perfectly well during our stay, the house met all our needs! An addendum to the shower that is perfect, very strong and warm☺️☺️ Vanda who welcomed us and was extremely polite and attentive, sure to return to sprouts I would be staying in the house again!

We really liked it! The house is great, very spacious, it's new and renovated. The sauna is delicious. Great location, quiet street. Ronaldo is very nice, answered all questions, we had no issues whatsoever. We missed having some kitchen utensils and soap in the bathrooms. The house was clean and tidy, except for the barbecue. Overall, it was very worthwhile and we certainly recommend it.
