I had booked this for a few of my relatives since we had a wedding in town. Himanshu is really responsive and communication was top-notch. Very proactive and provided all information necessary. Himanshu’s Mum was the host at the AirBnb and I was blown away by the hospitality. Very polite, friendly and accommodated to all our requests. Our guests felt right at home. There were absolutely no complaints at all. AirBnb is exactly as shown in the pictures. Himanushu provided exact location and pictures so you can find the place easily. Check-in was very easy. Another shout-out to Himanshu’s mother as she was just wonderful the way she dealt with all our requests since we also had a few late night events and our guests would return super late. Since it’s only 1 entrance and no private entrance, she made sure she was available to unlock the front entrance for our guests. If I ever come back to Kashipur, I would prefer staying here instead of a hotel. Thank you so much.

Maidawan Corbett Homestay, run by Mr. Devendra, is a fantastic discovery. It's situated in a peaceful spot right by the Tiger Reserve, making it a great escape from city life. We saw lots of wild animals because it's so close to the reserve. Mr. Devendra went above and beyond our expectations. He not only served us tasty meals and snacks but also arranged a fun bonfire and activities by the river. He also shared important info about nearby places we might have missed. I highly recommend this place and Mr. Devendra's hospitality. Our stay was awesome, and we'll definitely come back.

Ekansh's place is home away from home with perfect location, wildlife, amazing property and super courteous staff. Every nook and corner of the property has something to offer and not to forget the Hammocks they are at perfect spot. Ekansh is an amazing and a very respectful host who will make sure that you enjoy your stay to the fullest. We did lot of activities around the property and all of them were worth it. Mr. Nand kishore, our caretaker is one of the sweetest person I have met who will make sure to make your stay more comfortable and relaxed. The most important and loving person Mr. Zorro will steal your heart, with his amazing personality and affection. I will always recommend Ekansh's abode to my friends and family; this is definitely going to be my stay whenever I am in Jim Corbett. Good place to visit, very peaceful atmosphere with great service, bird chirping, what a beautiful sunset and specially Pankaj’s dishes. Our family enjoyed the whole day at cool and beautiful place. Thank you Neeraj ji and and thank u Pankaj ji for their hospitality.

Great stay at this place. Cleanliness was at par. Great experience of excellent hospitality by Mr Shani who was handling the property and made extra efforts to make us comfortable. He was very polite and helpful and made our stay pleasant and worthwhile. Will recommend this place to everyone.

I was looking for a peaceful place in the midst of nature to spend my long holi weekend. And I couldn't have found a better place. Although it is some 18 kms from Nainital (in Pangoot), and I had to walk some 2 kms up and down the hill to reach the place but I loved the walk or a mini trek you can call it. If you carry a lot of luggage and don't want to walk this minibtrek to reach the place, this is not for you I think. I was traveling alone and Karan was kind enough to have his property caretaker take me on a tour of Nainital and climb up the brahma temple peak on the other day. The 1-1.5 hour trek to go up to the temple at the top was awesome. Oh, and the food served at the homestay was homely, yet tasty. I had a perfect break from my hectic work schedule and will remember it for a long time.

Mr Sunando is an excellent host. He personally guides guests all through. He dropped in to ascertain that we were comfortable and settled. The staff -Subhash, Umaid, Bhagat were keen to meet our requirements. The cottage is located on a hill side, in a beautiful area, along tiger trail. Perfect place for environment and nature lovers including birding and trekking. The complementary breakfast was fresh, well cooked and wholesome. We enjoyed all the meals at the property itself. They arrange pick and drop from a designated parking on the road, in their own 4 wheel drives. All in all a very pleasant stay. They welcome pets. We went with our cat.

Amazing property in peaceful location. kuldeep is very responsive host..he always picked my phone and also asked upfront If I needed anything.. location is near to railway station as well and nearby ramnagar market..Food served is also good..Stay recommended!
